Yes, the race card has been used to the extreme. Clearly, there are racists on both sides of this issue. None deserve any more than the hate that they spew. I do not care where you came from, or what color your skin is. If you are in my country illegally, you must be sent back from which you came.

I couldn't agree more. They also never use the term "illegal". Not everyone is as politically aware as many of us are. The word "racism" is used to fan the emotions. If you take away the race card, they have no defense.

I just think the word is misused. Mexicans aren't a race, they're not even a unified ethnicity, they're just a nationality.
