Ok when some of you say the illegal immigration is caused by the Mexican Government, not taking care of it's own co-nationals, but then again some of you complaint the US government not taking care of you by not enforcing some laws
including immigration laws, does that puts us all in the same position legals and illegals , by both governments? what is your opinion please.

How lamed can one be? Regardless of country, it is a crime to go into any country without proper consent. That man is incompetent and over blown. The media made him larger than Christ during the 9/11 crisis, at which he did no more than what was expected as major. Those who revealed the truth of what he did and said had been muffled. He was not a hero but one who takes the credit for the accomplishments of others. He is clueless and has little to no aptitude for true leadership and being the cheif of police does not qualify him. New York police brutality was quite high when he was in office. His recent statement shows his inability to reason even on the smallest of topics. Ironcially, illegals know that they are breaking the law; otherwise, they would not need to run, dodge, and hide. And he is to be the YOUR next president?

Of course there are other things in immigration policy. This is just a start for thinking.

Here is my idea: All of the American countries and Greenland when it is independant from Danmark have an immigration agreement for their citizens to each other. We give priority to these classes:

whats everyones view here on illegal immigration? i think they should stop complaining with "support us, don't deport us". They came into the country illegally, and then they expect us to help them get away with it. i have nothing against them, but still.

What I mean is... it is evident that it will happen and there is no stopping it. So instead of focusing on 'illegal' immigrants coming here, maybe people should focus on laws that wages and benefits be the same for ALL regardless. If that happened it would remove the incentive for cheaper labor because all would get the SAME. In essence, it seems that would protect American jobs, wouldn't it?

I'm sick of being American. What country should I move too?
Keep you negitive answers to yourself. If you think we are #1 then you have never been out of this country. I've lived overseas for most of my adult life. Where should I go and why? Don't worry I have cash and can pick up a language in a week. Oh and I'm 31, strait, tall, good looking blond and a jew.

Why is it that even the leader of Mexico is calling for amnesty for all the Mexicans in the USA illegally yet some people want to use the PC Blindfold to claim there are none here and how dare you imply that there are. Is this logical of them to do?

When you see a couple of Mexicans, do you figure in your thoughts that they are probably in America illegally?

wtf y would they want to do that! then they would just mess that part up like mexico too lol no offense but now i do believe the antiimmigration ppl r just starting to come up with the dumbest excuses to be against immigration!! recently the us average of home foreclosures has risen and i think this is bc of the strain on illegal immigration and the jobs they worked! what san francisco (giving ids to illegals) is doing i think is a test to see if that is what the real problem is! san francisco is now the number one city in foreclosures and so now it is going to give the illegals a chance at their jobs again to perhaps see if their economy goes up (maybe the rest of the us will try it if it works)

An appeals court in Kansas has concluded that just being an illegal alien in the United States doesn't necessarily violate the law. The act of crossing the border is illegal, but, not being int he USA without papers.

[Federal law] declares an alien's unsanctioned entry into the United States to be a crime. While Congress has criminalized illegal entry into this country, it has not made the continued presence of an illegal alien in the United States a crime unless the illegal alien has previously been deported and has again entered this country illegally," the court opinion said. "[Federal law] makes it a felony for an alien who has been deported to thereafter reenter the United States or at anytime thereafter be found in the United States."

Minnesota & Oregon have similar legislation.

Also, the penalty for being here illegally is deportation- not jail time.

Am I hearing this correctly? I mean, what exactly does illegal mean? I thought it meant it was against the law, so if you break a law, isn't that a crime? Maybe I'be been mislead all my life, but I always thought doing something that is illegal is a crime.

What good are borders or countries when foreigners can enter and occupy cities, speaking their native language, and ignore Americas history, culture, laws and language.

If they are having such a hard time in their own country it may be time for them to have a revolution.

Fact is no Mexican would allow northern Mexico to be flooded with 95% English speaking Caucasians, having children, incurring education and health fees in the billions, and add an additional 35% to mexicos prisons.

As many as 20 million illegal immigrants from Mexico are in America,. That is equal to about 25% of mexicos entire population. Now imagine 25% of Americas population were to illegally cross into Mexico. That would be 75 million illegal Americans in a country of only 100 million Mexicans.

Do those who support the illegal immigrants look to destroy borders, countries, languages, cultures, what... Do you want governments to merge? Do you want American laws? What the h*ll do you want?

Then come back and answer the questions.

Are we in a war?
Are we being invaded?
Should we begin to fight back, with force if they won’t leave on their own?

Joe Bacca, US Senator: “The Latinos are coming….Our Agenda is to increase our numbers…We CAN”T go back, we are in a civil WAR….United Latinos will win.”

Armondo Navarro, Professor-UC Riverside: “…so we can wage a war against those racists that are trying to continue to discriminate…”

Art Torres—Chairman-CA Democratic Party

Are these people using their positions to destroy America?
Are we being invaded?
Should we use force to make them leave?

Why do most people think that most illegal immigrants have murdered, robbed, or committed other horrible crimes other than crossing the border?

Why do people think crossing the border should be a crime?

Wouldn't you try to look for a better life even if it was illegal?

Why do you think there are so many illegal immigrants, what if the U.S. government actually let us in legally, wouldn't there be more legal immigrants?

Do you think they don't pay taxes? If so why?

Do you think they affect the economy? In a good or bad way?

Why do most people think that just because some illegals are gangsters that we all are? Don't you think they hate them too?

I just want to know how come people think like that, I want explanations, not just answers.

Blacks have fought hard for their civil rights and now see many of the things they fought for being usurped by a sizeable number of Hispanics, who have sneaked, swam or otherwise crossed the borders into the U.S. and can be counted among the “illegal” immigrants.
Our political leaders have given them a “wink and a nod” when it comes to immigration rather than reforming the immigration policy.
Concessions are made in that employers have found a way to line their pockets—offer Hispanics economic crumbs in the form of lower wages than African Americans and others would accept for the same jobs.
The US gives another wink and a nod when the “illegal immigrants” demonstrate in the streets of Los Angeles and other cities against deportation or being required to go through the immigration process.
Blacks were forced here, stripped of their language and culture, and ridiculed for the way they spoke the new foreign language—English—Hispanics don’t have to learn (press 1 for English).

Those who can’t get a job – and some who do, working for cash – live off our taxes. Do you think of the 700+ miles of border fencing that Congress authorized last year, a grand total of eighteen miles have been defectively completed will ever be completed ? That alone should reveal the deception that’s going on in Washington, proof-positive that our leaders have no honest intention of putting a halt to the invasion, their talk is only smoke and mirrors deception. The whole world hates us, yet we effectively invite all to come in and destroy us. Downright insanity! Years ago, strong illegal immigrant bills were passed, but Congress and the Judiciary will not enforce them ... because it’s all a big farce.

The overwhelming argument against mass deportation is the same as it was with the slaves: We can’t get along without them, they are essential, and prices on some things will increase. SO WHAT! Right is right! and Wrong is wrong! Let’s do right and things will work out. Deportation will not happen overnight, and the many hard working reliable aliens could be expedited and legally immigrated in sort order; but the millions who are leaches on our taxes will not be allowed back in. Yes, it will be a time of change and change is sometimes painful, but it is the only thing that can save this nation. It is normal to resist change, but this is essential. We cannot continue in what is an impending disaster that will destroy America as we have known it.
