You-No

your baby-yes

Of course when you leave you can take your baby with you it is not required to stay here. Pay your hospital bill or you will be inadmissible to the US on your next visit. When your baby reaches adulthood they can then petition for you to get citizenship.

Assuming you married a citizen or a resident, and if you have papers for adjustment of status pending, you can stay during that process. However, just having a child here is not enough for you to stay. Your child will be able to stay, however. Without an adjustment pending, you will have to decide to remain here illegally or move home.

Of course you can. Lots and lots and LOTS of visa holders stay after they expire and have babies here. Go for it.

Sarcasm......geez.
LOL people!! Get real! This is not a serious question. Unless this person lives under a rock and has missed out on literally everything regarding immigration and paid no attention to any rules when obtaining the visa, they know full well they cannot stay once their visa expires to give birth. Gee, maybe she missed the whole Elvira Arellano thing too...yea, she knows.

It's very wrong to use your baby to remain here illegally. Your baby can stay, but you can't.
It's great if you want to become a citizen here, but apply like everyone else does.
If you mock our laws and think you're above them, you do not deserve to be here anyway.

At one time yes it was possible. If someone was here illegally and had a child. That person was allowed to stay and become citizens. It doesn't work like that anymore. Your baby can stay here but not you.

NO. Unfortunately having a US born child does not grant you automatic citizenship. (this currently is being challenged in the courts) It does however grant you some privileges, but not many. For more information I will need to get my books out.

No. You must go home and take your child with you. Just because it is a citizen does not make you a citizen.
