Petey, what would happen, if all small towns, that already want to, pass the law Hazleton did, all at once. Would the ACLU, be able to fight all of them?

its a tactic that sets a precedent. It is used to discourage other communities because they know they would be taken to court and probably would lose because immigration is a federal issue.
whether you agree or disagree to it, thats the way it works.
the laws would be deemed unconstitutional by federal judges. It doesnt matter if one or a thousand cities.

Those USA citizens in Hazleton will sleep soundly tonight knowing that the rights of the illegals are not only secured but being paid for by the their taxes, and if bankrupting their city, what a small price to pay for the illegals rights, so be it
There is term called Gold Bricking, I think the ACLU, should look up the meaning
I was watching a program in C-SPAN that one the lawyers from the ACLU dealing with the case from PA> He said with much glee, that he was happy to see the cost being ran up because it would discourage other cities and towns from enacting their own laws dealing with illegals because seeing the cost might bankrupt them.

The ACLU fights against anything decent in this country. They are an organization that hides behind the name of civil liberty. What they really want is to destroy this country.

Since the aclu was created by commies it makes sense one of their goals would be to ruin this country. Look how they defend child predators fighting for their rights to be at parks close to children and their victory in the case of 5 men taunting others at an airport acting like terrorists then winning millions.
Yes they are out to make BIG bucks and it seems like the Govt is helping them.

The ACLU is infamous for shaking down small communities. That is what they do. Most small communities can't afford to fight them so they pay off.

ACLU sure must have a nice operation there knowing every time they win a case they simply file another lawsuit if their fee's and court cost's are not made on demand. Sadly we taxpayers fund the ACUL to attacks us. GWB has sold us all out.
