Like all the fat people eat all the food, take up all th space in th freeways, eat our jobs, fart up the whole air and cause polution to the airs of the US, and there isn't enough room for us and we are forced to immigrate illegally to Mexico or Afghanistan or China? What would happen?

Its not a crime to be in the US illegally. You will not receive jail time unless you actually commit a crime. I dont understand the logic of some people to say its a crime when its not considered a crime by the laws of this country.

Congress has broad plenary authority to determine classes of aliens who may be
admitted into the United States and the grounds for which they may be removed.
Pursuant to the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), as amended, certain conduct
may either disqualify an alien from entering the United States (“inadmissibility”) or
provide grounds for his or her removal/deportation. Prominently included among
this conduct is criminal activity. “Criminal activity” comprises acts violative of
federal, state, or, in many cases, foreign criminal law. It does not cover violations of
the INA that are not crimes — most notably, being in the U.S. without legal
permission. Thus, the term “illegal alien” — an alien without legal status — is not
synonymous with “criminal alien.”

I think I am gay and the only way to run from the fact is to get a job which keeps me away from the phobics. I am in University studying commerce and also studying for certified public accountant of Kenya. I have tried weird jobs like asking about joining the intelligence service(something I am good at from childhood brainwise) I am however shortsighted(not feet for other forces). In Kenya being gay is hard and so I think I may have to shift to another country. If only I could get a sponsor to take me abroad(we are a poor family). I tried to commit suicide while in high school but thought it would end after school(I was once about to be lynched). The same people are in University, I am now planning suicide after everything fails. I once went to a psychologist cause of depression after school(I do not think he realized) I had failed terribly and had to repeat(no one knows why I failed)

I recently carried my son to the local emergency room to have his leg stitched up. I just received a bill for over $1200 from the hospital. But during our visit, the emergency room appeared to be packed with illegal aliens. I would estimate that around eighty percent waiting were illegals. Is there some kind of special program that enables them to get emergency room care at a reduced cost? (I really didn't see any that I would call emergencies) Are they jjust getting free checkups or something? Why so many in the waiting room without real emergencies, and do they pay anything?

How long will the Bush administration pretend they are trying to do something about the illegal immigration issue? Do you think that we should have had these issues settled right after 9-11 since our borders and ports are so vulnerable? If the government is doing the best it can then why are our borders and ports still vulnerable this long after 9-11? How long will the American people have to put up with lawbreakers trying to come into our country and demand rights they are not entitled to? Would you say the Bush administration has failed completely on this issue? What do you say....American?

Do you think that America should be just one big ol' country instead of a continent. Wouldn't that be pretty cool and end all this immigration stuff and we could go live in an awesome tropical island and work there with a fresh ocean breeze?

I am 22, mexican girl. I want to marry this guy from the UK, and live there. But I've found out how hard it is to get a VISA (and god damn expensive). What would you recomend, for me to apply for a student VISA or a Settlement VISA? regarding that we don't have money to prove savings or nothing but at least I got my BBA certificate from a well known mexican university. Maybe I can apply for a Masters? Will I be able to become a resident eventually? Or should I just go for the spouse visa? Please someone with experience HELP!
