I am 22, mexican girl. I want to marry this guy from the UK, and live there. But I've found out how hard it is to get a VISA (and god damn expensive). What would you recomend, for me to apply for a student VISA or a Settlement VISA? regarding that we don't have money to prove savings or nothing but at least I got my BBA certificate from a well known mexican university. Maybe I can apply for a Masters? Will I be able to become a resident eventually? Or should I just go for the spouse visa? Please someone with experience HELP!

No you could no longer! you're saying which you mom is a settled British citizen, and your "dad" is right here too, yet is your dad legally right here? does he have appropriate visa? only because of the fact your mom has the appropriate documents it does no longer recommend that your dad has, you will have opened a can of worms right here, pass back to hong kong immediately till now you get your father thrown in another country alongside with you.
