This girl told me today she signed up for w.i.c. shes dealing w/ immigration to naturalize her husband. I thought u need to show sponsorship ( proof of income) and there is a rule you cant get w.i.c. or any kind of welfare when trying to become a resident or citizen?? thanks for you answers

i think sometimes its good, becuase we should all respect each others differences and learn from each other. but i think things have gotten out of hand (just my opinion).
as an example: i think its wrong to let muslims come into the country and kill inocent people, and then let everyone be ok with it. saying "its just their culture, they need to do what they need to do". i think thats completely wrong becuase this is somebody elses country, and we are letting them ruin it.

im sorry if this comes off and ignorant to you. i am young, but curious. please dont be to harsh on me

So I've been searching all over the net and have found lots of info, but no answer to my question.
I technically already have dual citizenship, because I was born in Canada, but my dad was born in Austria, but right now I only have a canadian passport, so I'm not recognised as EU. where do I go to get this???? I live in toronto, so if anybody knows exactly what to do, to get both passports, pleeeeeeease let me know!! I plan on moving to Austria for a year, and uh, this is kind of needed :(

Ok I have been married for over 2 years to my wife who is eligal.She has been here for over 18 years though her mom bought her when she was only 2 years.Anywys i am in the military,and they have Legal here we went to a Appnt today,and they said that basically we cant to nothing.Is that true?.She also siad that she would have to go back to her Counrty for 1-10 years.is that also true?..I am scared for my wife that they will deport her,and she does not have anykind of legal document other than her Military I.d...ANyways.After the class we spoke to this lady who came up to us,and said that lady was crazy since shes only a specialist.she does not know as much as a Immigration Lawyer would.Sh said she was here ilegal 6 monthes b4 9/11,and when she got married to a U.S citizen they gave her a green card later on.What shoul i do?..i am scared that they will Deport her.

CNN recently reported (02/15/07) that the NFL refused to accept an advertisement from the US Border Patrol, looking for agents,that was to run in the Super Bowl program. NFL stated that the content was too controversal for it's fans. I'm guessing that the vast majority of viewers would be happy to read of the support of the NFL in national security matters. Let's get rid of the so called political correctness, and stand up for America, or find new leaders in the NFL who are willing to do so. I urge you to make your voices heard.

my boyfriend is from south africa. he wants to immigrate to canada as soon as possible. i am canadian and we want to get married but we looked into it and the rules state that u cant have a criminal record if u want to immigrate under any circumstance. he just got busted for smoking a joint. it wasnt even anything serious. his country has a **** legal system and he didnt even get a trial. they wont excuse his record for 10 years in south africa. is there any hope?
