Marry her asap - even if it is office wedding .....do the beautiful stuff after ...just get the paper work !!
You can extend the visa for a bit longer .....then apply for her permanent residence in the US .....it is hard but you need to be married to make it faster and easier !
Do a search for your US embassy website ....go to visa and immigration info ....very useful for you !! good luck - i'm in the same boat but i'm going home to Canada with my chinese hubby !

So marry her before her visa gets expired. You don't need to have a big wedding. Just marry her as soon as possible and file the petition for Adjustment of Status( AOS).

Go to LV and do the quick wedding. I'm very serious.

If you marry her before her visa gets expired, it's OK if you can't file the petition for AOS on time. You and her are in the middle of sending the applications to the USICS so they don't ask her to pay the penalty fee or anything because that's what happened to me. I got married before my visa expired and sent the applications for my green card after my visa expired. I did ask an immigration lawyer about the issue and he told me that sending the application forms after my visa expired doesn't really count as a illegal stay. But you must be very careful about this because if she stays here 6 months after her visa expired, and she hasn't sent any application forms, that will be a problem and that will be considered as illegal. So just marry her as soon as possible and file the petition for AOS within a month or so.

If she says "yes" then Congratulations. You say her visa is about to expire, does not matter she can overstay and still be eligible to adjust in the U.S. But if she applies for adjustment more than 6 months after her visa expires she is not eligible for a travel document while her adjustment application is pending. So this might affect you if you planned a honeymoon out of the U.S., but heck there are plenty of places to honeymoon in the U.S.

I suggest you personally go to an American Embassy, accompanied by the person you want to marry, present your case, and let the Embassy tell you what you need to do.

You will probably be required to provide a valid U.S. birth certificate, financial statements (bank accounts, etc.), and written verification that you will be responsible for this person, and that you are going to marry her.

Your "intended" fiancee will be required to show proof of citizenship from her country. If a birth certificate is not available, she will have to provide affidavits of her birth and citizenship.
