Thailand. It's the only country in Asia with a history of granting asylum and refugee status. The rest will deport you so fast you won't believe it. Thailand has good respect for all human and civil rights, although not perfect.
I have no idea what "LGBT rights" are. If you're talking about being a kathoey, well, there's plenty of them there to keep you company.
