I was told that the 9th Circuit Court ruled that homosexual Mexicans are entitled to refugee status in the United States. Is this true? Does anyone know where I can find a news story about it?

My concern was I was interrogated at the US border taken my fingerprints and picture., fortunately, I wasnt banned though..but according to them, if I want to come back US, I need a proof of my employment.
I have a canadian passport and Im planning to go back and try to enter US but Im bringing with me the receipt of my application I-140
but I have doubts whether this receipt is enough to prove to them of my employment and Im safe enough to enter US without questions.

He said in his speech today, the only way to fix illegal immigration is to give amnesty to those who are here already, and allow others to come iover in an orderly fashion, to do the jobs Americans won't do. Why is Bush so anti Americans and pro-criminals? Is it money or is he INSANE.

If I am married to a U.S. citizen and I have already applied for my permanent residency. How long will I have to wait before I can apply for citizenship and how long does it take to get it? Do I have to be a permanent resident for 3 years total before I can apply or 3 years after I was granted my "permanent" permanent residency?

Thanks for your help!

I would like to know why they think Mexico is a country to be proud of? Mexico won't give their people welfare, health care, free education, or pay them a living wage.

The Mexican government encourages the poor and uneducated to leave so they can send money back to Mexico to support that corrupt country. Why do the illegals hate us? Why do they want to turn the United States into a country they left and then call us racists? Do they want the United States to be like Cuba or Mexico?

I mean no disrespect, and take no position on the rightness or wrongness, but is there a reason that Mexican citizens can't enter the U.S. on tourist visas? Why pay a guide a large amount of money, when you could use that money for a bus or plane ticket and be safe? What am I missing?

so i was watching the news last night and they were explaining that bank of america is allowing immigrants to have a credit card as long as they have a bank account and no overdraft fees for 3months! now i know this may offend some of you but it upsets me because i have been here all my life and anytime i want a credit card i need to use my social security number and because their immigrants they don't have to! i understand they may want a better life for their family but it is unfair to those that have been citizens from they day they were born and can't apply for credit cards or loans without using a social security number! we have citizens that are legal and struggle to provide for their family yet immigrants can come here and apply for credit cards and new fancy cars and new homes. i mean they can have a very lavish lifestyle without having to use a social security number. i know all of you won't agree with me but i need help understanding why thats fair?
