OK Situation is BAD.
1. You have filed I-130. Your spouse is there as "entered without inspection".
2. It will get denied, case forwarded to Cuidad Juarez (I assume Mexican is nationality).
3. Your spouse has to go there for the interview - denied, need I-601 waiver of inadmissability.
4. You write a hardship waiver (I-601). Tough job, send it there.
5. They receive, review - Approve or not (year the least).
6. If approved - then proceed as usual, may be more fines now.
7. Once visa is approved - Done.

Total time - @-3 years. Cost (Fines + fees) - 3 grands (may be more now). Lawer for that xase - 10 grands.

Enjoy! and Good luck - you'll need it..

Easy, fill out a petition and I am not sure how much it cost now...After the date that you submit it she will get an appoinment for her work permise...It take about 3 months...The wait for the Residence adjustment=Green card you have to be with her at that one very important...Well to be able to for to qualify you have to prove that you pay taxes for the last past 3 years...And that the marriage is autentic thatyou guys marry for good not for bussiness..hats all by the way she have to be free of any criminal record...I will recommend even just a traffic tickets etc... And if she entry here illegal no visa maybe you will have to pay a fine? But you ask what to do after flling? Take to a person that is specialist on this field and submit a marriage certificate, prove of good marriage, prove of income for the last past 3 years...and a back ground check that is done at the DPS...Still form of ID's hers and yours...prove of address where both of you live and how long etc and even past address where you do live etc. Bills wher eit prove that you are living together etc.By the way you birth certificate that you are an US citizen...And your SS#....Good luck and wait 3 months later after you submit it for the 1rst appoinment fro her Work permise...

wait. for about 2 years, then they will send you a date when the immigrant spouse needs to go to their country. They will go to the US Consulate for the initial review and then wait about 6 mos - 1 year for them to give him his second appointment, at which time they will approve or deny. Once approved he will be able to go to the border show them his passport with the visa stamp and cross. It will take about 4 weeks to get the actual greencard in the mail.
