I married a US citizen and we have been living overseas for 2 years now. We wish to move to Los Angeles, CA, where she wants to work and I wish to finish my college. Can I study in college this way? Is it possible for me to apply to any kind of financial aid for college?

You must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident to get financial aid, so the answer is NO. In order for your US spouse to apply for a green card for you, he/she must prove that he/she makes enough money to support you so you won't get welfare, etc. Also if you moved now to CA and you wanted to go to college, you would technically be classed as a foreign student and you would be required to pay full price tuition anyway.

well if you are over seas she can apply for yur residence and she will need to prove income for the last past tree years here in the Sates ect..And if you apply for finacial aid to go to school yes you will get it but you shouldn't get it..You haven't even pay taxes here so I will say if you have at least tree years working and paying taxes you should be elegible to finacial aid..
