Not unless we as real Americans hit them where it hurts most, by closing accounts and refusing to do business with them.

those credit cards are not giving to the customers
the customers must already have an checking account with
the bank for at least 3 months
No account no credit

They'll suffer some bad press for a while, but will likely explain it as a glitch in their system which they have now corrected.
They are too big to suffer significantly.
