It says that Congress was willing to grant the President the ability to "waive" the deadline on the bill. Does this mean that he could basically ignore the withdrawal date?

Aren't these the facts.

FACT: Bush Senior, and everyone knew that when he (Bush) left office Saddam had weapons of mass destruction.

FACT Clinton was USA President for eight years.

FACT: Bush Junior invaded and there weren't any WMDs.

Even a red-state educated gomer should be able to cipher that simple equation.

A military is necesary so is a police force

But the US seems to have a culture that overly glorifies military culture

This is odd because in the same breath they will tell you America is the land of the free

Can anyone explain the apparent contridiction ?

There is no system more embacing of a class system or more dictatorial how does this mesh with a "free society" and it's mind state ?

For the good of the country!

They don't need much of case as was proven with the Clinton impeachment by the GOP. let the GOPs vote against it.

There have been many articles of impeachment written already by various Congressmen.
Its up to the US Senate to try the impeachment. I think they can present a pretty good case.

At President George W. Bush's two inaugrations, he swore on the Bible at each of his two inaugrations that he would preserve, protect and defend the United States of America from all enemies both foreign and domestic. Since 9/11, over 48,000 American citizens have been murdered by illegal aliens. The oath of office that President George W. Bush took is part of the Constitution of the United States. President George W. Bush has broken his own oath of office and the Constitution of the United States. The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the United States and President George W. Bush has broken this supreme law of the United States of America by allowing in millions of illegal aliens and TERRORIST from around the world. Since he has broken his own oath of office and the Constitution of the United States which his own oath of office is part of the Constitution of the United States he should be impeached immediately. Does anybody out there agree with my assesement?

How many "non-binfing resolutions" will this congress pass. I thought the dems were going to rush in a change the face of politics.

Their 100 day agenda was a joke. They have passed minimal and ineffective legislation and several non binding resolutions.

How bad does this congress suck?

now PLEASE remember IF we change one small thing in the constitution parties will then use that one small thing as an example and start changing bigger things untill one day we don't have a constitution we have a fenced allowable travel area and permit cards telling us where we are allowed to travel in the country (look at south africa as an example)we will have have micro chips in every citizen (for our own good of course) that tracks exactly where we are (cell phones don't count we CHOOSE to have one).
