In the past, those involved in teaching keep saying they need more money. But the U.S. already spends more money than any other country on education and we are not in the top five. Therefore, throwing more money is not working. What else can be done?

All you have to do is get elected to congress once and you get a pension for life, and a Representative's term is only 2 years is that fair to the American taxpayer ? especially people that don't have pensions ?

I have never seen or I have never had anyone come to me and ask me " How I feel our government is doing this week"? I think that the News Stations CNN, FOX, and others take a Poll themselves and come up with a percentage...How can you say that Bush is at a low of 36% this week and 49% next week etc.etc Who or where do they come up with this???

Being single white male w/no home is a Tax burden that very few can feel.I pay up to 34% just on Federal taxes. WHY? Why not tax those people who put more of a burden on society like people with 5 or six childeren. I cannot even afford a downpayment on a Decent house because they take so much out and I pay so much. BUT IF I WAS A FOREIGNER I WOULD QUALIFY FOR FED. GRANTS, LOW DOWNPAYMENTS AND MANY EXCLUSIONS I FEEL LIKE I AM BEING LEFT OUT OF THE AMERIAN DREAM.
