Apparently no, the CFR is.
[snip]
Once the CFR member or CFR collaborator U.S. president is elected, he has appoints well over one hundred CFR members to various key government positions. This has been going on since its founding in 1921. The Federal Reserve, Supreme Court, and State Department (foreign relations) are dominated by Council on Foreign Relations members. Top Defense Department and CIA positions are held by CFR members.
*********************************************************

Ron Paul is the only Presidential candidate "NOT" influenced or supported by donations from the CFR.

Seeing the emergence of mud slinging and personal attacks already all over the media..........what do you think all this will be like as it gets closer and closer to election day? How many of us are prepared to sort out the 'hype' and 'dirt' from the real issues confronting this nation? Are we willing to do real homework here, instead of letting the media pre-digest everything for us ??

I have been reading this a lot.

He's either running fro VP or Secretary of State.

I feel jipped. I donated to his campaign, and now I feel that he's just running to "assist" Hillary Clinton. I thought my vote and voice countee in this country? I guess "they" already choose who's President long, long before the elections even happen.

Aside from my rant, is this true?

USA Today reported that Hilary took nukes of the table (in April 2006) when asked about Iran policy and their nuculear program. If Iran nuked our country via Hezboolah, would she nuke Iran?

James Carvel and others on the left are talking about winning the war as bad for them. The Left Congress is the lowest ever and Obama bin laden is not willing to use the nuke to protect us and tried to bring down Pakistan and jailed a innocent man in Iowa, and tells all Armenian Americans to go back. He also is a Muslim with no fatwa’s for his so called conversion. I see the end of the Communist Democrats as they own defeat. Love 08 love BUSH love Karl Rove. Get it done. And win. We the people have been heard on the amnesty and we will be heard in 08.

Since when do you need to be black to be president? They even asked him this question in the You Tube debate. "Are you black enough to be president?" That's kind of a strange question, don't you think? If anything, they should be asking this to the other candidates. If Obama isn't black enough, some of these other people don't even come close.

I personally liked Obama and Kucinich's stances on the issue of gay marriage. Although they are total opposites, and I fully support Kucinich's view on it, I felt that Obama made a strong case, and was speaking in terms of uniting all Americans, despite sexual orientation. I liked the fact that Hillary was somewhat more human, it wasn't a debate, so she didn't have to attack anyone which was good. Mike Gravel made a strong point when he said that in five years gay marriage will be a non issue, in fact I think most of the candidates who oppose it today, will fully support it in the near future. What do you think?

What was the percentage of people that watched this last debate?...

Let's see... 300 million Americans... little less than 1 million tuned in...

Does it look like they are just running away with this election?

Not only that, but Barak Obama would be the first non-white President. Yet few seem to notice enough to bother commenting. I think that's a good thing, but then again I'm a bit startled by it.

Will next year's election be full of biased votes?
This is what I'm thinking. People will either vote for some ignorant republican, Barack Obama because he is African-American, or Hillary Clinton because she's a woman. What do you think? Do the other candidates have a fighting chance?

It seems like We the People no longer have a say as to who represents us at a federal level. The movie American Blackout presents strong evidence that fraud was committed on a large scale during the last two presidential elections. Can we as a nation realize that this is not just a conspiracy theory devised by the "loosers"? What can be done to fix it?

It was highlighted by a clash between the top 2008 Democratic contenders after Obama said he would be willing to meet with leaders of Iran, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba and North Korea.
Obama said it was important to search for areas "where we can potentially move forward" and added, "I think it's a disgrace that we have not spoken to them."

Hillary: disagreed, saying such meetings could be used as propaganda purposes.

NOW HERE IS THE GOOD PART!!!
Hillary says,
"Certainly, we're not going to just have our president meet with Fidel Castro and HUGO CHAVEZ
and you know, the president of North Korea, Iran and Syria, until we know better what the way forward would be," she said.

Then why was it ok for Penn to meet with Chavez Liberals?

Some random remarks in the Yahoo Q & A Forum are seen which are highly critical of her candidature for election to American Presidency which may require factual support to convince the electorate and other serious national / international followers of the elections. Benefit of doubt lies in her favour unless proved beyond doubt that she really does not merit the high esteem in which she is held variously.

None of these men or women have said anything to make me want to vote for them. Just a bunch of people trying not to say the wrong thing and attempting to get elected because their the most popular or good looking. For the first time in a long time I am thinking about not voting at all. Why waste the time to vote for some puppet, who doesn't stand on anything and changes their mind when ever they thank people or polls want them to. I want a leader ie Reagan,Kennedy! Can anyone give me the name of a cadidate who is a straight talker and has a plan to improve the country.
