Obama said if Pakistan won't get the terrorists we will, alot of people tried to turn this around into him saying something else but he stuck by what he said. I respect that

Gulianni made an asinine comment about him doing as much as the 9.11 rescue workers. It was stupid but he must have believed it to say it, but as soon as he is called on it he backs down.

Romney says his sons are serving by supporting him and people misconstrue it to mean he said his sons are doing as much as the soldiers... THATS NOT WHAT HE SAID, but instead of pointing that out he backs down.

Kerry made a joke about Bush, people thought it was about our troops THATS NOT WHAT HE SAID but he backed down.

I'm tired of the politicians letting everyone put words in their mouths then apologizing for it. I would have much more respect for them if they said said something like "your wrong thats not what I said, it's on tape go back and look". What do you think?

Democrats had no problems hosting a forum for addressing rights for gays and lesbians. Why won't the GOP?

Why don't we make a 20 year term limit in politics, that way there won't be as many politicians having to worry about running against an incumbant whose been there for 50 years (I'm looking at you Rep. Byrd of West Virginia, I noticed you've been in office since 1959). I think that from the moment you are elected to your first public office, you have 20 years in office (not including time out of office). That way, some of these people that are causing the problems, will be out of there.
While we're rewriting the Constitution, let's set an age limit on the Supreme Court Justices... How about 75 for the associate justices, and 80 for the chief justice?

During our forum debates on the BNP many of you have expressed the view that you would not vote for them because of their hard line stance on giving the indiginous people a ''Right to exist'' your terms for that being Nazi, Racist and so on. Apart from disagreeing with the BNP many of you agree that immigration is in fact a major problem in this country. So tell me which of the mainstream parties is going to take immigration on board and eliviate our concerns on this issue? and do you think that New Labour have helped immigration control by raising the quota 50000 to 250000 a year?

The evil of homosexuality is that it degrades the value of life and the process of life. Homosexuality reduces the life process to one of selfish pleasure. Man is made for eternal life not just the physical life of the animals. We are made in the image and likeness of God and have been given the power of creation, the creation of eternal life. Homosexuality is an action in defiance of the intent of God and a miss use of His gift.

Homosexuality is a perversion of the intent of God. Homosexuality steals the pleasure that is intended for the act of creation of life.

We have a major problem, the loss of the individual and our constitution. ANd no one seems to understand what TRULY is at stake with this election. The war is a side show, health care is a distraction. We are losing or god given liberties, and there is no one to watch our back, because the fourth estate is in on it.

Down with socialism, it is a failure.

Democrats have been promising universal health coverage for at least 30 years, and healthcare is more screwed up than ever.

They've promised to stick it to the corporations, who have become more powerful than ever.

They've promised for 40 years to clean up the environment which is now dirtier than ever.

Republicans have promised to reduce government, which is bigger than ever.

They promised to defend freedom from government intrusion, which is now all but a joke.

They said we wouldn't 'police the world' and here we are in two simultaneous lands, 'nation-building.'

Why does the majority of the voting population continue to vote for the same old thing when they all claim to want change? Has propaganda become so refined, have our attention spans become so short, or is it just that history is not valued or understood?

Just because we hated Bill Clinton for his lack of family values then turn around and love rudy even though he's been married three times and doesn't get along with his children? I mean just because his children know him really well and don't support him doesn't mean he doesn't have good family values, it's not like he married a family member on purpose!

For those of you who don't want to go to the link:

Giuliani's explanation further angered his ground zero critics, prompting several to issue a statement demanding an apology.

"He is such a liar, because the only time he was down there was for photo ops with celebrities, with politicians, with diplomats," said deputy fire chief Jimmy Riches, who spent months digging for his firefighter son.

"On 9/11 all he did was run. He got that soot on him, and I don't think he's taken a shower since."

Harold Schaitberger, president of the International Association of Fire Fighters, a union that fiercely opposes Giuliani, said he doubted Giuliani misspoke.

"I think he was simply showing what his true character is — a self-absorbed, self-deluded promoter who got caught and is now just simply trying to backtrack," Schaitberger said.

Really scraping the bottom of the barrel, aren't they?

none of the candidates can win as a Republican but the G boys, Rudy and Newt could go on the Libertarian party ticket.
What do you think?
This would give former Republicans two chances at the White House.
Either Greens win or Libertarians win.

Just what percentage of the millions of voters, who whole heartidly agree with ROSIE O' DONNELL, will cast their ballots for her?? Got any ideas about her running "mate"??
