Coolhand, you are an idiot

Do you think the founding fathers would draft a constitution ever meaning for the government to have free reign over your private life? Privacy falls under liberty. The Government is supposed to SERVE US, not the other way around. I believe Congressman Ron Paul said it best, when he said

"The government want's to know a lot about your private life, but yet the government is shrouded in secrecy, but yet it should be THE OTHER WAY AROUND! The government should be open about what it does, and the people shouldn't have to answer to the government.

By what you say, it would be perfectly ok for the government to send someone to set cameras all inside your house and monitor you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. People have really lost their way in this country, it really is sad. People forget that we once had true freedom, and government serves to protect us, not OWN US.

ABSOLUTELY, UNEQUIVOCALLY, Ron Paul is the strongest advocate of the right to privacy. It isn't even a CONTEST compared to the other candidates.

Show me in the constitution where it says "right to privacy". There is such a thing as illegal search and seizure, but I don't think anywhere does it state that we have a right to privacy. If you can prove me wrong, the please do so, I will admit if I am wrong.

Depends on what privacy you are referring to? Anyway, check with Bill Clinton about his experience during his presidency!
