What amendment would you make to the constitution? Is it already perfect, or can it be improved? I think it's one of the best in the world, but...
1. I'd like to have the power of initiative at the federal level.
2. I think some positions that are currently appointed should be elected, like attorney general.
3. I think the second amendment needs to be reworded, because nobody can agree on what the heck a "well regulated militia" means.
4. I think the fourth amendment should specifically say that the right to privacy includes the right to be anonynous.
Any other ideas?

USA trends to recognize independence of Kosovo from Serbia.

All Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Kosovo are de facto independent now.

To everyone that is against universal (socialized) health care and post-secondary education, I would like to know what is so bad about it? Isn't it in the best intrest of this country to keep the population healthy and educated to help ensure that there is a physically viable workforce and able to change as the global economy changes?

I have always wondered what the motive was behind this awful tragedy, and would force a person to do such a gruesome thing as to kill him. Any sort of help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Scary, there is no seperation between church and state. And everyone seems to be a Christian. The reason that's scary is it gives people in power a sence that they can do anything (ie Bush) and it's the will of God. Power corrupts. We are in trouble. Anyone get me?

I get flamed everytime I post about Obama's "blackness". The following is from his own church's website. Please explain how this is NOT racist. Here's your test, take out the word black and replace it with white. Re-read it and tell me it's not racist.

To anyone who has switched branches and been both a Marine and a Soldier, what did you think? I know everyone's opinions will be different, but, basically, which did you prefer and why? Which branch did you join first? Why did you switch? What was your MOS? If you could do it again, what would you have done? Not saying one branch is better than the other, but people are different and have different wants. I just want to compare answers. Maybe tell me a little about your personality and what you were looking for in the military? The more answers, the better. Thanks!

I wouould like congress to pass a new version of the copyright law that basicly abolisheis the DCMA and replaces it with something like the the early 1980s version of copyright, with the slight tweak that all new software or digital media must be true open source with gnu pricipals 1 and 3 enforced. (meaning use is user directed not corprate directed.) Trouble is, most media companys have loby power. How do we defeat them. I am looking for actual stratagies, not mearly sentiments.

When investigating reports of abuse or unsafe living conditions as well as other types of complaints do you feel the caseworker involved should be held accountable for bad judgment? I'm so sick of reading about kids that were terribly abused and/or starved literally to death and no one knew about it even though CPS was notified and cleared the complaint as unsubstantiated. Evidence of multiple ER visits, school, relative and neighbor reports not even being addressed. I know they have heavy case loads but when they state they worked with the family and the symptoms were still there why don't they call the police and make a report and have it on record? I mean, these people sometimes remove the kids 2-3 times only to return them and many times end up retrieving a child too late to help. Why in cases like this are those workers not held accountable.

Is it our overbearing habit of demanding conformity from other cultures by threat of force?

Would the world be exponentially safer if America ceased it's caustic interference?

Would the so-called 'terrorists' suddenly decide they would choose life over self-sacrifice?

I think so. Don't you?

The secret service refers to the POTUS by a secret code name. Do you have any good suggestions for them. Example: Huckabee could be “Goober” (because of: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XfSN4fnXwKM )
Hillary could be the “Broom Rider” (for obvious reasons)

Not by words but... you know... in a brutal way with tools....

I saw in "Lost" that the U.S. Soldiers made the Iraqi torture the Iraqi with tools.
I wonder if this is true? Is George Bush behind this? If he is, then I ABSOLUTELY CANT WAIT TILL PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS '08!! RON PAUL for '08!
