My friend has an unique problem. She use to work for XYZ company on H1B. Later she moved to ABC company. But her H1b transfer from XYZ to ABC was denied for some reason . She is not sure whether XYZ company has with drawn her visa from INS or not. Is there a way to check it online, which can prove her legal presence? She checked in USCIS website, it doesnt say anything about with drawl of H1B from previous company, XYZ. If XYZ company withdraws her H1B, will it be reflected in USCIS? Please help 10 points to best answer.

ill be honest here, i havent been looking on immigration issues for a while now, but i have heard that Oklahoma has enforced some laws that have to do with hiring "undocumented wokers"....i know that is true, but i am very curious to know if it is actually working....somewhere, i read on an answer which said that Oklahoma has already seen a decrease in "undocomented workers" (or it may have said a decrease in mexicans)..... for so long, nothing has been done about our immigration issues that i find it hard to believe such a thing could or is happening (the decrease in illegals), and i do live in an area where it is a sanctuary for "undocumented" people.

my quesition is though, is it working for Oklahoma?? how have the results been? it would be great to see a viewpoint from an Oklahoma resident.

...to order materials for another location which does not have an agreement with the manufacturer? I used to work for a pipe fittings supply business and was required to order material for our other branches of the company because the manufacturer would not sell to those locations. We would order in material and ship it directly out again to those branches requesting the materials for customers who required this product line in accordance with city and county specs. Isn't this usually a violation of a manufacturer/distributor agreement?

The manufacturer already has distributors in these other locations. It is usually a matter of exclusivity in some of these other locations. The other distributor in those locations may complain, you see, as they are often promised exclusivity or exclusivity amongs a few distributors. It is a kind of oligopoly often.

I mean before Bush, Blair was well liked and looked at as a very good statesman, well spoken and with good ideas....

anyone know what happened to him? I know someone who says, Bush must have had some scandalous dirt on Blair and used it to coerce his cooperation.

While conducting stationary LIDAR I observed a vehicle traveling 39 M.P.H in a 25 M.P.H. zone. I clocked the vehcile at this speed using a LIDAR at little over 300 feet. When I pulled the vehicle over I found the driver to be African American. When I told the driver why I pulled her over she replied that the driver in front of her was going faster and that the only reason why I pulled her over was that she was African American and that the other driver was white.

From the distance at which I clocked her at I could not tell what race either driver was. In addition, I expained to the driver that I can only clock one vehicle at a time using a LIDAR and that when using a LIDAR a officer is trained to aim at the license plate of the vehicle, not the driver in order to obtain a speed reading. Lastly, I pulled her vehicle over because there was a break in traffic allowing me to get behind her (traffic was very heavy at the time). I'm know facing a civil lawsuit for discrimintion. Comments??

My misdemeanor was not sex related, abuse of a person or what I would think would disqualify me.
