That would be the neo-cons who felt obligated to ridicule and demean Bill Clinton the moment that he walked into the White House.

Suddenly, they claim that patriots support the president. I guess that they were not feeling very patriotic from 1992 through 2000.

Bush only represents the reactionary neoconservative fringe of America. Simply because he happens to be president does not mean he is the spitting image of the "average American." No one person can fit that bill...ever.

For that matter, Bush does not even represent his "home" state of Texas. In actuality, he's nothing more than a New Englander WASP who uses a phony Texas twang to win over impressionable heartland and rural voters.

Rest of the World.

People in foreign countries think Bush is America.

Bush is evil so is America.

And Americans killed 1,000,000+ Iraqis since 2003.

I know he's an American.
It doesn't mean I think every thing he does is good for America.

I also like what Coline Powell once said "Never loose faith in America, it’s mistakes are ours to fix not to curse". If we think Bush is a mistake, we’re still at time to fix it this election. Let us make sure we don’t elect a president who’s like him or worse.

Could you please rephrase the question. Do you mean "Who thinks Bush represents America"? As the head of our executive branch of government he serves as the figurehead of our country among other things (much to the ire and chagrin of some). Do you mean "Does everybody in America agree with every move Bush has made in the last seven years"? If you look on the just yahoo boards you will find more people than I'm willing to take the time to count complaining and armchair quarterbacking his calls(personally I wouldn't have made all the calls he made but then I'm not privy to the information he has access to either). Bush is not America, no one person or land mass is America. America is the incarnation of the idea that all humans are entitled to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Whether your pursuit of happiness leads you to places politically correct or incorrect you are entitled to said pursuit so long as it does not hinder another in their pursuit and so long as it is legal (I'd like to take issue with those in Washington State who would deny me my pursuit of owning and operating a cigar bar in Seattle,if you don't like smoke stay out of cigar bars--sorry rabbit trail). Anyway America is an embodied idea bigger than any one person, place or dream.

My humble opinion thanks for reading,

Cheers

A.C.

I don't believe anyone thinks that "Bush is America." Actually, the question makes very little sense.

Bush is Globalism--that's the reason the U.S. economy is in such terrible shape. Check out the real opinion that the Bush family has of the United States--google the bio of Prescott Bush. Start there, maybe you can educate yourself.

Ask the president that and he would tell you he is one person in America.

No, I do not think that Bush is a continent. I think that the is a person who happens to be President of the United States, and a good one at that. Are you closely related to Jane Fonda or Michael More?
