There is a proposed development for 7 new houses in the field opposite my home. My house is 100+ years old and built into a lane/public footpath - part of the ground floor of my property is effectively underground and supports the lane itself. This lane will be converted into an access road if the development goes ahead. I'm very worried as I think the increase in vehicles will affect the structure/stability of my house, not to mention all the construction traffic while the houses and road etc are being built. Can the developer legally do this and if so what is the best way to protect my home?

At Gallipoli Aussie "Diggers" who were actually lighthorsemen whent over the trenches on suicidal bayonet charges at the well entrenched Turkish defences, being cut down by machine gun fire! Do you think you could bring yourself to go over the trenches or would you shoot the CO instead ? The Bravery is amazing, but the waste in human life is unbelievable, knowing that soldiers were massacred whilst Brittish Officers sipped cups of tea on an unchallenged beach astounds me!

Is there any way I can check it without going to the district attorney's office. Preferably, online?

If He Ran As An INDEPENDENT.

"Well, for what it’s worth, Ron Paul is not a typical conservative, or even like all too many libertarians, in this respect. He is running mostly to dismantle the empire and national-security state; his first priority is not to kick anyone onto the street, and he has stressed this many times. He further understands that just because the military is a Constitutional function of government does not mean it should get a pass whereas the food stamp programs should not. He really does want to dramatically slash the state’s most egregious instruments – those of mass murder, mass destruction and totalitarian control of foreign and domestic subjects. When the issue of social entitlements comes up, he makes clear that his top priority is eliminating the entitlements to the military industrial complex, which he considers the most immoral and unjustified subsidies of all."

Many of Terrys classmates in highschool were drafted and served and died in Viet Nam while Terry used a deferment to play football. I would like to know how many people feel this was fair. i know the liberals Slick Willie Clinton dodged it too but that does not make it right. Show of hands?

I'm eighteen years old. My parents recently separated and I am currently homeless. I'm living in my car at the moment. My father was physically abusive, so I've disassociated from my family. I do not have any friends or family members who can help me. I really have no idea what to do with my life. My grades are suffering because of my bad situation - I got 4 As this semester, but also failed a class, and I don't think I can live like this much longer. I'd like to join the Air Force, I think, but I'm not sure how or what to do or anything. Could I get an education while in the Air Force? I'm a very motivated person so if I have a purpose and goals to work for, I can definitely accomplish them, but I just don't know what to do and there's no one to help. Unfortunately, I don't really have any particular skills or talents, and my education is pretty shoddy due to the abuse/neglect. I basically just need a lot of information on joining the Air Force, and the best way to go about it.

I'm feeling increasingly claustrophobic in the UK nowadays, considering we've got more CCTV in this country than anywhere else in the world. The government has openly admitted recording EVERY conversation we have, in order to pinpoint where we are 24/7.
I can't smoke, drink, do this, say that.

means that immigration policy has dramatically increased the supply of workers with less than a high school degree. Although immigrants comprise about 12 percent of America's workforce, they account for 31 percent of high school dropouts in the workforce. This means that any effects on the wages or job opportunities of natives will disproportionately affect less-skilled workers. Immigrants are 60% more likely to be employed in low-skilled occupations than are native-born workers.

How or why does that effect the economy?

Tthe Sixteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution was ratified (illegally) on February 3, 1913.

The Federal Reserve System, created in 1913, is a private banking system of the United States.

Are these events connected in that the government knew that by creating the Federal Reserve, they could print up money and go into debt almost without limit; however to pay for all the interest on sums of money that the Federal Reserve "loans" to the government using bonds, the government knew they would need a massive new income tax to finance the interest payments on all the debts? How do you feel knowing that the government is taking the money you worked for and is using it to pay the interest payments on reckless and unethical spending?
