do you think the fee system violates the constitution or not?

No, I agree with the justices:

"First Amendment permits a public university to charge its students an activity fee used to fund a program to facilitate extracurricular student speech if the program is viewpoint neutral."

It's applied universally and you don't have to attend the university. You have agreed to limit your rights by attending. I can't see how you could maintain the activity fee is being applied in a discriminatory fashion.

Your own link said The Supreme Court in an unanimous decision thinks it is constitutional. So, no it does not violate the constitution.
