Here's what you do (I'm just playing along), first you buy a big plot of land, say 1000 acres, secure it with 2 layers of electric fences, get supplies from Al Queda, build your own air control tower and run way and lotsa ammo and firearms and hire a few hundred Guerrilas. Make your way to the USAF base and somehow get through security and hijack F22 Raptors (they only have it there, I don't think it's possible to manufacture them yourself) one by one and fly them to your base. But if I were you, the electric fences would probably be enough to keep those assasinators away.

LMFAO. Well since an F22 costs about 5,000,000,000 a piece, you would need 6,000,000,000,000 (thats trillion) dollars to do that. Not to mention that the F22 is nextgen stealth so the US won't let you go anywhere near it. Even the US doesn't have that many F22's and we make the damn thing. You sir are either extremely delusional or psychotic. I suggest seeking medical help.

you won't need 1200 of them. buy only 684 f22's and 13 SU-27's and you will be on top of the world. Oh, Oh, gotta go. my nurse is here with my medication.

Can't unless you are a friendly country with the US. Ross Perot's son was in the Air Force Reserves because even his daddy couldn't buy him an F16.
