The obvious answer would be Guiliani because he's a Republican...

But Guiliani also is a three time divorcee, committed adultery, is pro-choice, has donated to Planned Parenthood for years, had a NYC program that payed for poor women to have abortions, has marched and DRESSED in gay pride parades, and has children that do not talk to him anymore.

Are socially conservatives going to swallow their pride for someone who intentionally (((went out of his way))) to "kill babies"?

I have a WWI doughboy helmet painted black. It has a WWI liner made by AJ Bates Co of Webster Mass and a date of Oct 1918. It has the number 9 painted on the bottom edge of the rim like most US helmets of WWI. It has saw dust mixed into the paint and the seller claims it is either dark brown or black camouflaged. The problem is I can find no one who can verify a US army or marine group who used this color.

My family and I moved from England to the U.S. when I was about 9 years old. Since then, all of my family members have gotten their green cards except me. They've been saying that it's on its was for more than a year now and it never seems to come. Long story short, can I get a job at a local grocery store without having my green card? Thanks for your answers.

Mohammad Mosaddeq was elected Prime Minister of Iran in 1951. Unfortunately, he believed that the Iranian oil fields belonged to the Iranian people. Big Oil didn't like that and pushed the CIA into overthrowing the PM and putting the Shah back in power. It was called "Operation Ajax".

Was it worth it?

Or is this yet another example of blow back? Putting the corrupt ruthless Shah back in power led to left-wing socialists and right-wing fundies in Iran to get pissed off, eventually leading to the Iranian fundie revolution.

My sister in Jamaica will be interviewed in December for her green card. The national visa center completed its processing and the petition is now forwarded to Kingston, Jamaica. What questions do they ask on the interview and how long after the interview does she get her green card to come to America.

Thanks

When did Natalie Jacobson Interview Nancy Pelosi at the Commonwealth Institute? I know it was in June of 2007, but I need to know the exact date, and I can't find it anywhere. I was just wondering if anyone knew the date.

Nancy Pelosi issued this official press release, in her campaign to overthrow the "Rubber stamping Republicans". According to ABC News, gas prices are on average 85 cents higher today than a year ago. I know it was for the children, right?

and the main reason for this is that the elite tend to not fight in these wars and that its not their kids who have to sign up to get signing bonuses to go put their lives at risk?
Come on now.. no matter what side of the aisle you are in, surely we can agree to that at least.

I'm trying to join the Marine Corps, and I am scheduled to go to MEPS on the 3rd of December. I only got a 65 on the AFQT (no advance studying..), and I'm now concerned about something. My recruiter had me omit my pyschiatric history on the prescreen form. Namely, I was diagnosed with ADHD and OCD as a child, and prescribed medication for it as recently as 15. At the same time (15), I was also "diagnosed" with depression. Now, I have had no problem with either condition since then, and I was never really depressed. I haven't suffered from ADHD since I was a young child. None of these things affect me in the slightest, so my recruiter told me that "it'll just add unnecessary paperwork". Will they uncover my lie at MEPS? I want to be a Scout/Sniper, will the necessary security clearance uncover my lie? What if I eventually become Force Recon? If I change my story now, will my recruiter get in trouble? Will I? Could I get a waiver for my pyschiatric history? Thank you :(

I'm curious in seeing some opinions on a hypothetic situation. If the U.S. government tried to start passing laws against hate speech stating that it wasn't protected by the first amendment, how would you react?

Would you care? Would you see it as infringing on 1st amendment rights or a necessary step? Would you protest it (either online or in the street)? For that matter - would you be scared you'd be branded as a racist if you protested it?

Just curious.

Incredibly, the wealthiest 1% of U.S. households owned 38.1% of total marketable wealth in 1998--as much wealth as that owned by the bottom 94% of U.S. households combined. The most recent peak of 38.5% was reached in 1995. That level had been unmatched in the United States since 1929, just before the Great Depression (44.2%).

I sent a package Via Priority Mail about a month ago and it contained expensive shoes. It was my first time sending something through USPS. And it still hasnt arrived to its destination. I called the Main Office and they told me if the package is lost their is nothing they can do about it without a tracking number or Insurnace. Can i sue them because i was never infromed about their policy. If i had known about the tracking number and insurance i wouldve purchased it. Can i sue them for that? If not, who can i talk to about this issue?
