I don't really care about his religious beliefs. I look for candidates whose platforms most closely conform to my opinions on the issues I feel are most important.

The media keeps telling us that a Mormon can't be elected, but most people I talk to say they don't have a problem voting for a Mormon.
I think he has the best shot a beating Hillary and the liberal media is afraid he will. So they are trying to stop him from getting the Republican nomination so she will have a better chance of winning.
Personally I think a Clinton, Romney race would be fun to watch.

They are the greatest bunch of people you've ever met? Oh Really, are you sure this isn't because you are Mormon yourself? Or, maybe it's because they are courting you?
Mormons are no different than the rest of the people in this world. They can be nice when they want you to join their church. Then they can turn on you just like that when you are a former member of their church and speak against it.

When JFK was running, there were rumors that the Pope would be running the United States. JFK was Catholic. We all learned that was a bunch of BS.
So Mitt Romnett is a Mormon?
Not an issue with me.

No, they don't believe in Christ like the Catholic and Christian denominations
The Mormon Jesus is the "spirit" brother of Lucifer, he paid of our sins in the Garden of Gethsemane not on the cross, he was not begotten by the Holy Ghost, and he is not God.

I have nothing against the Mormon religion. Romney being Mormon would not influence my vote. His record would. Anyone can be likeable on television. Look at Clinton, no morals but he did have likeable public personality.

I think maybe there's a rule that there can only be one first lady in the White House. Remember, it's Washington DC, not Utah.

I'm not a Republican, but I think "Mormon" Mitt Romney has a better chance than Baptist preacher Mike Huckabee.

If you're specifically voting (or not voting) for some one BECAUSE of their religion, you're an idiot.
Vote for them because of their merits, credentals, and how you think they'd run the country.
