Wish they would have released what the incriminating evidence is. From reading the report, it seems that they had enough reasons to search all three's houses and properties. Maybe they found something, or one of the two brothers may have said something. It's all speculation right now. Seeing how Mr. Vandersloot's father is a judge, it's hard to say what he gets.

It depends on what else they've found about the case. However, the fact that they arrested him in the Netherlands and are going to extradite him to Aruba makes me think that whatever is going to happen, it is going to be serious.

This is a big case in my area, as Natalie Holloway came from Mountain Brook AL which is one of the cities in my area. A lot of us are waiting to see what happens with this case.

Van der Sloot and approximately nine other people remain as suspects in the disappearance. However, due to papers produced in a lawsuit filed by the Kalpoes in Los Angeles against media organizations and others for slander and other torts, it is expected that he will either be charged or cleared by December 31, 2007.

the purely reason Van der Sloot were given away with killing Holloway is because the Aruba police botched the study previous perception AND his father offered him out of it. nicely his Dad is useless and Peru takes homicide a touch extra heavily.
