Jalali made the remarks commenting on recent claims of deputy premier of the Zionist regime, Shaul Mofaz, who called Thursday for ElBaradei to be removed from his post at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
In his latest comments about Iran's peaceful nuclear activities, ElBaradei told a French paper that Iran's activities posed no immediate danger.
His comments raised the ire of the Zionist regime and the U.S., its major supporter.
ElBaradei is to release his latest report on Iran's peaceful nuclear activities later this month.
""The Zionists are using all their power to influence ElBaradei's next report on Iran and to impose their own ideas on the report,"" Jalali said.
Stressing that the IAEA is an independent international body, the Majlis rapporteur warned the world community ""against the Zionist lobby"" that is trying to disrupt performance of the international organizations and institutes.

He's 28, was recently down-sized and is now contemplating joining the military. It seems like the Navy and Marines would be the best fit (in my estimation at least) so what should he do now? Start checking out the ASVAB? Contact a recruiter? I don't want him getting jerked around so I'd rather not deal with a loser recruiter but rather someone who knows what they are doing. Oh, and we live in Leavenworth, KS.

Iranian produced/supplied IEDs are responsible for most of US troop deaths in Iraq over the last 6+ years. Which should be reason enough for the US/Bush to attack Iran but add in the fact that Iran will soon have nuke weapons & Israel has to be protected and the only reason Bush hasn't invaded Iran by now is because he's lost his nerve.

Dep. Dir. of Natl. The idea of anonymity has gone the way of the buffalo. Nothing you do or say is beyond the reach of government. I always thought the government workd for us.....wadda' 'ya think?

Xenophobic Americans (they call racists) make up the majority in the republican political party and are supported by many democratics known az (as) blue dogs. Iz it false hope that America iz ready for a female or black president? I do recall when Pope John Paul died the media hypted the tv viewers that the next Pope will be a black man from Africa. We then learned that a previous supporter of the Nazi regime wuz (was) appointed az the replacement of the previous Pope. Should we expect the same from xenophobic voters of U.S.A in the up coming election 2008?

If I add the copyright symbol along with the name of the company (i.e disney) onto the cake, could I draw a character (such as Cinderella, Dora, etc...) and sell it in a shop? Would that still be considered against the law? I was wondering because with adding the copyright symbol, aren't you giving credit to the company?

Thanks :)

Here's a video from Fox News of them calling for acts of terrorism against Iran. Clearly, if we want to get serious in our "War against Terrorism," we need to arrest those who call for acts of terrorism, including these people at Fox News. If the US did as they ask that we do, then we'd be a state sponsor of terrorism and no better than we accuse the Iranians of being.

Do you agree with conservatives that Rumsfeld is immune to prosecution in the International Criminal Court?
Rumsfeld’s presence on French territory gives French courts jurisdiction to prosecute him for having ordered and authorized torture and cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment of detainees in Guantanamo, Abu Ghraib and elsewhere.

In addition, having resigned from his position of U.S. Secretary of Defense a year ago, Rumsfeld can no longer try to claim immunity as a head of state or government official. Nor can he claim immunity as former state official, as international law does not recognize such immunity in the case of international crimes including the crime of torture.

I was arrested for burglary although didn't actually commit burglary. My lawyer has been talking with the DA and has said I have one of two option. I can either go to trial (lots more money) but there's a 90% chance I'll win. Or I can get the charge dropped to a county ordinance disorderly conduct, pay a $100 fine, and court costs ($150). My question is if I take the second option, and I fill out a criminal background check will it show up as burglary? Or a County Ordinance? Or at all? What should I do?
What I really want to know is if someone runs a background check on me (like an apartment community), will it show up as burglary, disorderly conduct, or not at all, or other?
