I didn't see the last debate, but in prior interviews she usually laughed at questions that involved Bill or her previous years in the white house or scandals involving that. Things that have nothing to do with her views on the presidency or the issues, but attempts to put her on the defensive. I've never heard her laugh at a question that was asked of the other candidates as well.

Needing a canned response for everything, she was at one point told to laugh more. Next thing you know, she's in the middle of a debate laughing at everything. So you know she was then told to laugh only when someone was joking, not when they are serious. This is grade school stuff for most of us, but Hillary needs authenticity coaching.

I see more of my avatar's face on her than I ever see her laugh, or even smile. But Bill even tends to have a half smile on through serious situations. Maybe it's an Arkansas thing.

Could there be that a serious question may not be answered with a sound bite. And a good sound byte needs time to be thought of.

She is laughing at the people that think she will ever give a straight answer to any question.
Also it gives her answer man a chance to whisper the answer into her ear.
Check out her EAR RINGS. They act like those guys on mission impossible.

Isn't that her best way to evade the questions?
Possibly she doesn't know the answer or want to say what her real intentions are on certain issues?
If she told the truth, surely she would jeopardize getting the votes she needs?

It's a diversion that gives her time to figure out the best way to completely avoid answering the question.
