My emotion says yes, him, Cheney and Rumsfeld, and Gonzalez and Condi Rice. But then I think this would only embolden enemies around the world. SO its better to let them slink off into obscurity and be relegated to the list of Worst Public officials and President in History. A President that has a big Asterisk next to his name.
And for those who ask why- Lying to congress is a felony and he knowingly lied to congress about the Yellow Cake Uranium Niger document. That was the pretext for war and he knew (G. Tenet told him it was and removed it from a rpevious speach) and it was a lie. He also violated the COnstitution-the Supreme COurt (Conservative supreme court) ruled that provision in the Patriot Act were in Violation of our country's constitution

Hopefully!!!

He should be investigated for his misuse.
And questioned..
and if found to be guilty..should be forced to stand a fair trial for crimes against america.

Same with Everyone of bush's pawns.

I say lets sacrfice the AG first.

Why he held up for 4 years a true investigation....on 9/11
Why it was underfunded
why it was understaffed.

What he knew about 9/11

AND ALL WITHOUT CHNNEY BY HIS SIDE, as he insisted on when they were both questioned initially
