if what you read from the radical repubes out here - they are helping them by not helping them.

you see, if you give someone a warm place to live, healthcare and a second chance (after the military ruined their lives in the first place) then you are really not helping them at all.

according to the new radical logic, when you help people you really aren't helping them at all - the radical cons think that everyone should just pull themselves up by their bootstraps and ignore the pain that exists in some lives.

in other words, the cons want to give them all a good talking to and that's about it.

why anyone ever goes into the military knowing this ahead of time i will never know.

The stats you quote may have come from the Breckgirl Edwards. The VA does help with homeless veterans. The VFW, American Legion and other service organizations also help. There are too many veterans on the streets, however, I doubt your figures are actuate.

This is a very good question.

If I had it in my power I would introduce a congressional bill that would deduct 1/3 out of all the pay that the congress people, senators, V.P. ,President, & other war-mongers, who voted in favor of wars, that would be automatically deducted from their pay-checks........To help pay for the shattered lives of not only the combatants, but their broken families as well.

Why should the tax payers be burdened by political-ly very poor decision making????

Happy Veterans Day!!!
