First of all, Rush is supportive of and admired by our military, and the "phony soldier" was indeed a PHONY!

Jack Murtha has no excuse.

I saw him a few nights ago doing that mtv/myspace thing on tv. I thought he was pretty cool. I think I like him. But then again, aren't politicians pretty much trained to make you like them during election?
Anyway, why do you like him? Why don't you?
I'm 15 by the way so try to use language I can understand...lol :)

a warrant. This occured at night. On the video taped footage, the police officers arrested him because they said they saw him throw something out of the passenger side window which the driver denied(no mention of the warrant). The other officer went to pick up the "item " that was allegedly tossed.None of this particular action was seen except the 2nd officer putting something(drugs)on the trunk of car(end video tape).Long story short, relative went to trial was found guilty of "possession with intent to dist".Given 15 yrs sentence and to serve 10 of those. My thing is the officer said that he was stopped for a warrant which the defending attorney didnt ask to see.A couple of days After sentencing, we went 2 our county courthouse for a transcript of the trial. When questioned about a copy of the said warrant ,the warrant could not be found. So from my point of view it appears he was unjustly pulled over and "searched" and his rights violated.am i right and now what is the next steps to take

Look, be resonable. Omar & I will require some money to make it from Mexico City to San Diego. The Daily Kos & MoveOn.org have paid for our flights & Hotel. Soros has paid for flight School. When we arrive with the suitcase nukes in San Diego will need two things; A safe house (How about Cindy Sheehan?) and the name of a good Tex Mex restaurant. Omar loves Tex Mex.

Do NOT tell CTU. We do not need that conservative Jack Bauer on our tail.

Also, do not use the PHONE. For ALLAH'S sake you liberal sympathizers need to follow order or heads will roll - really!

Bush's wire taps are are pain. We can't communicate. Also, stop the war in Iraq. We can't be two places at once.

Allah Al Akbar

Yet another immigration-related question...
A 'conservative' usually means a person who likes to conserve the way thing are, who likes tradition, and who generally opposes change. As people age they usually become conservative.
In the last 20 years America has experienced steady and massive immigration, mostly from Mexico, due to open borders, illegals acceptation in our society, non-crackdown on employment, etc. If I want to CHANGE this (ie secure our border, buid the wall, crackdown on hiring, stimulate exmigration, etc) then why I am categorized as CONSERVATIVE by certain? Is it because I want to keep America the way it was in the past? But doesn't this require drastic changes to the current situation? Please help untangle this paradox...

We are a small business under ten employees and have always punched in and out on a time card. Recently the owner is looking into software that clocks one in and out using ones fingerprint. This information is on an unsecure server that has internet access through a DSL line. Is this an infringement of civil liberties and do you have to submit to your finger print being on file with your employer for the purpose of keeping time?

I realized my new neighborhood is insanely high crime. I have been sleeping with a baseball bat next to my bed, and also a Glock pistol in the nightstand.

I don't know what my rights are, I am confused with watching too many cop shows. But if someone breaks into my house in the middle of the night, do I have the right to shoot the person? What if they die?

Or what if I just decide to clobber them with a baseball bat and wait for the police to arrive. Can I get charged with battery? (No pun intended).

"..that no person be tried for any crime.. until he be first indicted by a grand jury.."
okay, so is this like habeas corpus or something.
this was suggested to add in the constitution for approval of many that were against it but the only thing that comes to mind is habeas corpus.
what's the term for the quote above?

Just watched a news story about how U.S. troops returning from Iraq were not welcome in the airport . Officials put them in a staging area 400 yards away from everyone else . I don't want to go on too much further because I don't want to get any of the details incorrect . But there's much more . BTW , the story came from a military chaplain upset with the troops getting poor treatment from the airport .
Can anyone PLEASE provide a link ? I heard the story is also in the National Review , but I had trouble finding it . No 'Welcome Home' banners . No 'Thank You' signs . NOTHIN . Well nothin but a spit in the face !!
Thank you .

You change the abortion law, and here's how it works:

Anyone can get an abortion at anytime, however the fetus or whatever you call it has to be brought out with the least amount of stress to it as possible, that is bring it out alive.

The mother must kill it, usually by suffocating it.

For the conservatives, you have maximum control over your own children, with the least amount of government involvement!

For liberals, you have all the abortion on demand you could ever ask for!

Liberals might say "we don't want to have to actually look at the fetus and have to kill it ourselves!" I say, why not? You're the one that wants it killed, do it yourself.

Conservatives might say "You're killing innocent babies! You can't allow that!" I say, so what? They're not your babies, mind your own business.

I've thought about this, and I think its the perfect solution!

What do you think?
