Legal drinking age for the entire United States (including Alaska and Hawaii): 21.

Legal Drinking age in US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc): 18.

Drinking age in Mexico (south of the border): 18, but I've seen as young as 14 in the bars.

it's 21 everywhere in the united states. the federal government made sure of that by violating states soverignty and threatening to withhold all federal highway funds for any state which refused to raise it's drinking age to 21. basically it's blackmail by the federal government.
