okay, so is this like habeas corpus or something.
this was suggested to add in the constitution for approval of many that were against it but the only thing that comes to mind is habeas corpus.
what's the term for the quote above?

Due process is the term that must be applied for someone in order to be tried of any crime must be first indicted by a grand jury.
