why is it wrong... the snipers in iraq are being charged with crimes by simply placing items that will be used by the enemy. all wars work the same, we used to place gernades on things they would use and it worked,, we are selves were thought don't pick up nothing you were not issued for the same reason.. works both ways i think.. need a yes or a no if they should get charged.. ( it's freaking war folks)

I absolutely believe that the Federal Goverment may not infringe on the right of any State to arm those citizens it chooses to in order to form a "well regulated militia." Are there those of you who are so misinformed like the newest version of Rudy Guiliani, who think the amendment actually says something else?

Don't tell me how there weren't any Al Qaeda in Iraq before we went there, we all know that. Don't even try to say there would be no Al Qaeda if we weren't in Iraq, I've seen the planes hit the world trade center, 9/11 happened before we went into Iraq. Don't say Iraq has nothing to do with the war on terror, that's not the question.

The question is, what would Al Qaeda be doing if they weren't fighting us in Iraq?

Ok,the way got into the U.S was on the VWP.. but I arrived in the USA with my U.S citizen husband and our 9 month old son who was born in the UK,and some people on here are rather harsh,I never did anything illegal whilst I lived in the U.S I didnt work illegally,I only worked with a valid work permit, and I paid Taxes during my almost 5 years in the USA.. So its not like a came into the country un-inspected by an immigration officer. I do understand there are rules,I get that I do,and I love america for those because it keeps everyone safe, however I am no threat to america or its citizens,I`m just a spouse of an american citizen and a mother of a soon to be U.S citizen who just wants to get back with her family as soon as possible,I had no idea that the goverment would keep a family apart.

They say the Constitution guarantees the right to an abortion, when it says nothing about it. They say the Constitution does not give us the right to own guns, when it could not be more clear that it does.

COPS SAY LEGALIZE DRUGS!
ASK US WHY
After nearly four decades of fueling the U.S. policy of a war on drugs with over a trillion tax dollars and 37 million arrests for nonviolent drug offenses, our confined population has quadrupled making building prisons the fastest growing industry in the United States. More than 2.2 million of our citizens are currently incarcerated and every year we arrest an additional 1.9 million more guaranteeing those prisons will be bursting at their seams. Every year we choose to continue this war will cost U.S. taxpayers another 69 billion dollars. Despite all the lives we have destroyed and all the money so ill spent, today illicit drugs are cheaper, more potent, and far easier to get than they were 35 years ago at the beginning of the war on drugs. Meanwhile, people continue dying in our streets while drug barons and terrorists continue to grow richer than ever before. We would suggest that this scenario must be the very definition of a failed public polic
