Are they allowed to have them during graduation week, not until after graduation, or not at all? Thanks!

My boyfriend is at Basic right now, and I was just wondering when he will get his cell phone to be able to call me.

They get them back when they are getting ready to leave basic training. Some MTIs give them out the night before, some not until the last few hours. You do get it back though.

Yep..depends on the Drill Instructor. When i went through we didn't have cell phones...man! Times have changed! You will more than likely get it after Graduation....that's if you did not piss off your Instructor.

after Graduation, usually just in time to process out and head on over to your next phase of schooling.
