Everything sounds good except for establishing more free health clinics, and I'd prefer the 'Fair Tax' over the flat, but the flat is better than the progressive.

I don't know any libertarian in his mid-fifties.

Some have suggested Newt Gingrich. He would be my choice if he ran.
