It is obvious their character assassination attempt against General Petraus has backfired and yet the democratic candidates have not condemned the organization for their attacking the Generals report.

Also, this demonstrates how the democratic candidates waffle. First they agree to wait to hear his report months ago and now, since the surge is working (having a positive impact), they're silent when he is attacked by an extremist left wing organization. This shows that they have an agenda to ensure America's defeat. The good news for America is bad news for them. Why don't they want an American victory in Iraq? Probably because it would prove them wrong about President Bush and they hate him with a passion!

It just proves the Democrats put their party before America's best interest.

The Snip:
NEW DELHI: Two police posts were set on fire by thousands of agitated residents and students around Jamia Milia Islamia University on Saturday evening. The angry mob first set Jamia police post on fire and later targetted Sahinbagh police post in Sarita Vihar. About 40 people, including policemen, were injured in the violence.

Around two dozen police officers were injured in which four were reported to be critical. The incident happened after local residents in the area resisted police’s efforts to remove a patri market. In course of the encroachment removal drive, the Koran was reportedly dropped by a policeman, leading to tension. A local leader reportedly slapped a police officer.

In my workplace, there are all managers and directors that are male. I have to meet with them periodically and they usually like to discuss why I am not married nor have kids. I try to shut it down with "I do not plan to be married". One manager shot back that I would "not last long in his house".
On 4 separate occasions my immediate manager brought his kids to the office because he was going to take them to the doctor later in the day, and left them with me to baby sit while he went to a meeting. He did not ask me before hand, he just said that he was going to be late for the meeting and if I could watch them until after the meeting and he would then take them to the doctor's office. Each time, he did not ask me, expected me to do so.
On another occasion, I had asked for a raise and my manager refused, so I went to the HR to show them that I was doing more duties than originally hired for, and showed justification of a raise. My manager yelled at me and asked why I went over him!

I won a judgement on a company and he has not paid it. I also filed a lien with the state and it became effective 2 days before he sold his home. He had his home listed as his business. Wouldn't the Title company have caught this? And wouldn't the Title Company be liable now that they didn't catch the lien? We won our judgement over a year ago and this man keeps running. Is there anything we can do to get our money?

This is the first time I have ever been involved with this, and my ex-husband has done this many times with his new wife's ex-husband. (they fight all the time)

I have filed five contempt charges on my ex for neglect and interfereing with my communication with my children while they were at his house for summer visitation.

My attorney says I do not have to be at the arraignment. Is this true?

My ex is flying in from across the country to be there. We are not aware of an attorney to represent him at this time and the arraignment is on this Tuesday. Less than 48 hours.

I am so ignorant on this topic: If you have knowledge and/or experience please tell me:

1. Does it look better to the judge if I am present at the arraignment?
2. If my ex has representation, how long before the arraignment does his attorney have to make himself/herself known?
3. If my ex is his own counsel, how is that viewed by the court?

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated!!

I put a question out there yesterday, concerning our inability to control the destruction of American Ideals, and or moral fibre. I would like to pose an additional question for anyone willing to here me out. Can enough Americans draw a consensus and agree with some fundamental evils (example, poverty, war, racism, shrinking middle class), and find a concerted effort, with enough people behind us, and actually change this suicidal direction. Look at it this way, if most people in America agree with my premise, what's preventing us from changing it. Answer: courage and conviction, i.e. sacrifice. We need to start with something that we all agree upon and make "it" change, instead of make "a" change. I hope we all know the difference. I have had it with the same old song and dance given by leadership who are paid for, lock, stock, and barrel. Help me start this change.

What is the goal of the U.S. government and it's people? Why won't the President concisely answer questions about his policies? Why are we truly in Iraq? <-- Ive heard too many answers on this one and not one was backed up by the facts to prove it.) Why are we still in Iraq? Why are we sacrificing our freedoms for protections? Why is the check and balance system out of order? Why are we having taxes funneled to spend on war? Why are the people having their rights infringed upon? Was 9/11 a false flag operation or was it done by actual terrorists that don't like or have a beef with this country? Why is it that the news isn't sharing whats going on half the time. Why is it bad to question the motives of our government and why do they tell us we are "Bad Americans" when we do so? What is going on? I wan't answers! Give me plausible sources and give me plausible answers. Cite your sources. You will have bad feed back otherwise.
