The other day I was reading Newsweek magazine and came across some poll data I found rather hard to believe. It must be true given the source, right? The same magazine that employs Michael (Qurans in the toilets at Gitmo) Isikoff. Here I promised myself this week I would be nice and I start off in this way. Oh what a mean man I am.
The Newsweek poll alleges that 67 percent of Americans are unhappy with the direction the country is headed and 69 percent of the country is unhappy with the performance of the president. In essence 2/3s of the citizenry just ain't happy and want a change.
So being the knuckle dragger I am, I starting thinking, ''What we are so unhappy about?''
Is it that we have electricity and running water 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? Is our unhappiness the result of having air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter? Could it be that 95.4 percent of these unhappy folks have a job?

May the 168 who died and the over 800 injured never be forgotten.

Have you ever noticed that when you mention the word "poll" in relation to the President, the administration, or the Iraq war, you always have conservatives questioning the accuracy and legitimacy of polls?
Yet, it seems these same Bush lackeys are the first to jump up and spout off about the "Democratic" Congress' approval ratings.
Okay, do you believe the polls or don't you. Or are you guys simply "flip floppers".

however why do we still have to hear from slick Willie who took advantage of a young intern, had sex in the oval office, and then lied under oath. If any other exec did this and the company found out they would be thrown out. Yet slick Willie is still the darling of the media and the libs. Way to go you women's libber hypocrites.
What is the standard? They either all go or we forgive them all. What sort of a message does this send to the youth. It's ok to do this kind of stuff if your a liberal since you probably have no morality anyway, but if you're a conservative you have a higher moral standard and a higher legal standard.
I say throw them all out.

In may of this year i was working for an independent contractor. One thursday night I went to check my bank account before withdrawling cash from an atm and i noticed my paycheck from my boss had bounced causing my bank account to over draft. The next day i talked to him about it and he told me once he got paid on monday from the job we just finished he would make it right and pay the fines and two weeks of pay he now owed me. Well the next day on saturday he was in an accident putting him in the hospital for a month with 2nd and 3rd degree burns. The next day I ended up losing my part time job at Lowe's due to lay off. So all my income was cut off and I was 700$ in the hole. The only way for me to get out of debt was to go to my girlfriends mom. She loaned me the money and wants it back now. She runs her own buisness which i have been working for on the weekends. She still pays me what she owes me. But now I cant get my ex-boss to take or return my calls.

I wonder why does this Osama bin laden only comes at the times when the elections are coming in USA. Maybe its because he can make more enemies and most probably because he can help the anti-Islam US candidates to win elections. Bush said that osama helped him with re election.
This fake osama is a big help to the US political parties as it was a help for President Bush in recent elections when he (osama) helped bush to win elections. Bush himself said soon after his re election as a president that osama had been a help for him. (see his speeches soon after his re election as president)
Same will happen this time, these fake osama's will come out till the elections and untill the bush based parties win he wont go and next time he will appear in the elections after these ones.

They are killing each other, and we are trying to maintain the peace. Saying that we are causing the death of innocent civilians by our presence alone, is like blaming the police for crime. It doesn't make any sense. If we sent troops into Darfur, to stop the killing that is taking place there (which I think we should) would our troops be blamed for civilian deaths there, as well?

An 8-year-old boy whose illegal immigrant mother lived in a Chicago church for a year is on a speaking tour pleading for an end to deportations and raids.Elvira Arellano (el-VEE'-ruh ah-ray-AH'-noh) was arrested in Los Angeles last month and deported to Mexico.
Her son Saul (sah-OOL') is a U.S. citizen and was speaking at a rally in Cleveland yesterday. He will speak in several cities on his mother's behalf.
Supporters of Arellano have said Saul will stay in the U.S. and Elvira Arellano will continue fighting in Mexico for the cause of illegal immigrant parents with U.S. citizen children.
Saul Arellano told the crowd to ask President Bush to end deportations so his mother and other families in the same situation can stay in the U.S.
