Well, the only Republican with any chance of beating Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton is Ron Paul, so that means that the War would end, the Constitution would be reinstated, and America would be transitioning back to laissez-faire (though he will not cut off social security benefits). Osama would probably be caught, as Ron Paul will have Congress pass the Letters of Marque and Reprisal Act, in order to use the Constitutional method of punishing Osama for his act of air piracy (by the way, there are only 3 constitutional federal crimes, which are treason, counterfeiting, and piracy).
Basically, he would provide much of what the Democrats want, but Dr. Paul (he was a doctor before he ran for president) would privatize the mixed-market health care system instead of nationalizing it and would probably shut down the Department of Education (ending the hated No Child Left Behind program of the Bush regime), the Department of Energy (there is absolutely no need for a department that wastes money trying to find phantom fuels), and the Department of Homeland Security (why do we need such an idiotic department?), among others. He would also attempt to change the laws so that polluters can be sued once again (why pass emissions limits instead of just ending emissions with property rights?).
We'll have a president with the courage not to wage the left's war (a "humanitarian" war to "save Darfur") or the right's war (escalating the War on Iraq into a War on Iran and eventually a War on Syria). A president with enough courage to fight all of the vested special interests to restore this country to its roots.
Basically, if we have Ron Paul (and he's the only GOP candidate with a chance), we'll have the best president in our country's history.

Probably not much different than it does now. We would probably still have a split government with the Dems still controlling at least one house of congress. The big difference will come down the line with the addition of further strict constructionist Supreme Court judges. Appointment of federal judges and conducting of foreign policy are where you would see the greatest contrast between almost any Republican and almost any Democrat. Domestic issues are much tougher to get anything accomplished especially with a 60 vote majority needed to cut off debate. One thing that would not change for sure is the Bush haters...they would just change the last name but their mindless diatribes are not likely to change even if they were to lose control of congress.

if Ron Paul is elected will you me and everyone else will have our freedom restored, our money left to us, and our nation steering back to where it should of never left, ruled by the constitution not the big business interests be they war big business , or environmental big business

We Will still be bogged down in Iraq and probably in Iran. The draft will be reconstituted. Unions will be against the law and Social Security will be plundered and privatized, for starters.
Habeus corpus will no longer exist. Roe v. Wade will have been overturned. Wages will be frozen at 2000 levels and public schools will be terminally underfunded in favor of tax payer funding of private and parochial schools.
Wise young people will have emigrated to Canada, Australia and New Zealand, old folks will wish they could follow them.
The two term limit for presidential office will be eliminated and we may have a president for life. Do you think you will sleep well tonight after reading these predictions?

No need to imagine that, because that will not happen.
If people elect a Republican President, after all we have been through the last 7 years. Then we deserve to be a third world country.

Standing tall and looking good, like it does now. For that matter, this country is so great, it will still look good if a Democrat is elected.
