Basically implying that because of corporate greed, people don't have health care. So, applying this principle on a more basic level... because I understand he is just asking for what would be considered a basic need for people in this country, not big screens or anything like that... just take care of the people.... should the government force grocery stores, restaurants, clothing stores, housing developers, electric companies and heating oil companies to give their products and service to the people at no charge? I consider these to be more essential to people than health care. Gosh, all I want is the basics for all people.

While there was certainly more that Bill Clinton could have done and should have done, the Republicans sure as hell weren't very supportive of the actions he did take.
Everytime Clinton tried to address the issue and threat of terrorism, the Republicans screamed "Wag the Dog." They said he was just trying to distract the public from the Monica Lewinsky scandal.
Did they want him to do anything about terrorism or not?

a little over 550 meters . her grades are good enogh that she can go to any University she wants. but she wants to join the Army or Marines, Every one says women can't be Snipers, but thats wat she wants. I think she can do just as good a job as any man, mabye better.

Imagine if America gave up the southwestern part and Mexico now calls it Alta California and says that all people that live there are now Mexican citizens. Aug. 16 (Bloomberg) -- A small South Carolina parts supplier collected about $20.5 million over six years from the Pentagon for fraudulent shipping costs, including $998,798 for sending two 19-cent washers to a Texas base, U.S. officials said.
The company also billed and was paid $455,009 to ship three machine screws costing $1.31 each to Marines in Habbaniyah, Iraq, and $293,451 to ship an 89-cent split washer to Patrick Air Force Base in Cape Canaveral, Florida, Pentagon records show.
The owners of C&D Distributors in Lexington, South Carolina -- twin sisters -- exploited a flaw in an automated Defense Department purchasing system: bills for shipping to combat areas or U.S. bases that were labeled ``priority'' were usually paid automatically, said Cynthia Stroot, a Pentagon investigator.

I served in the us Army for 8 years. I served in Campbondsteel Kosovo in 1999. Since 1999 I have been trying to obtain citizenship, got interview, passed test and was waiting for swearing in ----when Ins denied me stating it was not for that purpose. I wrote to all my congreeman but no real help, the secretaries just send you a letter stating that they are looking into it. I have dozens of letters and spent thousands of dollars. I live in NY and I have a clean record. I was paid harzadous duty pay while deployed to this warzone, and got an honorable discharge. After INS closed my case I spent 10000 us to take it to federal court. The judge denied it 2 days ago stating my tour was for tax benifits and not immigration benefits. Although section 329 of the law stated you are qualified once served in a combat zone as designated by president-------and Kosovo was designated by Bill Clinton as a combat zone. Can someone help?
