They have been caught using polonium 210, a compound used only in space exploration and nuclear weapons, and we all know Iran has no space program.

Are some people just blind? Or do they truly believe a president who says "Israel needs to be wiped off the map", and the "Holocaust is a myth", and that "A world without Zionism and America is attainable and needs to be acheived" (President of Iran) is peaceful?

I've had a gymnastics business for 2 years. A women I hired when I opened (an old friend) deceived me.
I found out that back in February she began giving private lessons at her church. She told my students/parents that she didn't want to split her fee wi/ my gym. She took students to her church without my knowledge. These lessons were given to students that came to my gym. She continued to work for me until June, when I found out.
She also took the student list home (contact info). I asked her to return it, she said she lost it.
Now she is teaching over 40 students that previously came to my gym. We have a business name, pay taxes, insurance, rent, etc. We charge students $45 per month. B/c she is doing this at her "small country church" they don't charge her any rent, etc. Obviously she has no overhead. She charges $12.50 per month (vs my $45). She makes all students pay in cash or checks written in her name. No business license or insurance.
When I started my business I hired old cheer friends, it never occured to me to have anyone sign a non-compete clause.
I am afraid that if I pursue anything legal it will hurt my business. We live in a small town. Everyone knows everyone. I am certain it would be turned around to where I look like the bad person for stopping her from pursuing her "dream".
What can I do?

All you Clinton supporters, I will take any policy that had a positive impact on this country. No kidding. Give me one. I honestly think libs worship him because he was such a womanizer, pot smoker, draft dodger, and liar, and got away with it.

Every major loss of life in Iraq, that I can recall, has been caused by suicide bombers, or non-domestic terrorists. Why are there so many people acting as if our forces are responsible for killing innocent Iraqis?

It seems that a lot of people complain, whine, moan and groan, but how many people actually get out there and try to affect change? What have you done to affect change in something that you were dissatisfied with?

From Answers.com:

Nazis (naht-seez, nat-seez)

A German political party of the twentieth century, led by Adolf Hitler. The Nazis controlled Germany from the early 1930s until the end of World War II. The party's full name in English is National Socialist German Workers' party; Nazi is short for its German name. Despite the word socialist in its name, it was a fascist party, requiring from its members supreme devotion to the German government — the Third Reich (see fascism and socialism). The Nazis rose to power by promising the people that Germany, which had been humiliated after World War I, would become powerful again.

And I hate to be the one to break it to you, but history is already starting to remember him that way.

"Hybrids currently account for 1 percent of new car sales in the United States"

http://www.cnn.com/2006/AUTOS/08/22/bc.autos.hybrids.reut/index.html

I don't understand this, and it strikes me that it may be a political reason. It's not a financial reason:

"assuming vehicles were driven 15,000 miles per year and gas was priced at $3 per gallon, owners of the Toyota Prius and Ford Escape Hybrid would break even within three years.

Buyers of the Saturn Vue Green Line from General Motors Corp., the Toyota Camry and the Civic Hybrid from Honda Motor Co. would break-even within six years"

http://www.cnn.com/2006/AUTOS/08/22/bc.autos.hybrids.reut/index.html

If you get a 3-6 year loan then the extra cost in your monthly payments will be offset by your gas savings, and after that time you'll be saving money!

It's not an environmental or engineering reason, because hybrid batteries last the lifetime of the car and are fully recycleable. Why are 99% of sales not hybrids?

I am dating a guy who just got divorced about three months ago. His wife got custody of his 4 year old son. He is now enrolled in Pre-K and he is in the state where the divorce took place. My boyfriend and his ex were seperated for over a year before their divorce was final. Now that it is final, she is marrying another guy and moving in with him at his parent's house. Would this be a change in circumstance that would make the judge give custody to my boyfriend? She said that she contacted her lawyer and he said that there is no law stating that you cannot remarry and definitely not one stating that you can't live with in-laws. She and my boyfriend lived with his mom for over a year, and her grandmother, and then even with his dad here in Georgia for a little while. So I don't know how it would look on my boyfriend if he did try to get custody. Opinions please.

OK this is a question I thought I would never be asking.
I am an extreme left wing liberal in just about all political issues, but I am God**mn sick and tired of all these senseless murders on our streets whiping out these beautiful young otherwise healthy able bodied kids of ours. The N R A with all it's money and political clout have pretty much eliminated even the slightest possability of any gun control laws, and the meager ones we do have apparently don't work at all, so let's try something else.I am asking all of you if you think we as a country should pass a simple law nationally that would give anyone found guilty of buying or selling illegal drugs an automatic LIFE IN PRISON WITHOUT THE POSSABILITY OF PAROLE, regardless of age. I don't care if your 13 or 103. (No discretion by the courts) Everyone will know the automatic sentance and will know what they are getting into before they do it. It will cost the tax payers alot at first, but will save lives and tax ultimately.
