Normally you just look at the bottom of the ticket where it tells you how to mail your payment.

The fine varies by state, and even by city. It you actually received a ticket, the fine is probably listed on the ticket. At the very least, the ticket will have a phone number to call the court and ask.

As much as the traffic will bear ? lol

i would look on the ticket .. it should say whether your friend has to go to court or not and what the fines are. it has to be listed because often you mail these things in. you may be able to mail in your check and select traffic supervision where it won't go on record. there is usually an extra fee. it would of course be better to go to court and try to get it dismissed and have no record of supervision.

She should go to court, if the flatfoot doesn't show it will be dismissed and in any event they will probably offer a lower fine to get her to cop a plea.
