Lets take the example that the kid found his father's gun and for some reason he shoots his parents.
What would happen to him? He's too young to go to prison?
What would he grow up into? a remorseful person? something else?

By allowing the psychos to think they're large in number, the rest of you encourage them to continue pushing insane legislation and such, harming the country.

For over 20 years we have been fighting the war on drugs and there are no less drugs than before, crime hasn't decreased, voilence hasn't decreased, etc...

When will it be time to examine our tactics against our citizens and form a conclusive strategy to end the war?

We have been dropping the hammer on these criminals for over 20 years and we are no closer to resolution... Isn't it time we switched tools?

We have reverted to no-knock warrants, paramilitary units, and using K-9 against our citizens. How can we possibly win and what would be the next logical step toward finalizing this war?

your opinion, is the current drop of 1000 for the DOW a symptom of failed Republican policy of the last few years or is it unavoidable and just part of a natural cycle? You must address the national debt and current Admin. policy

What should I do? I've talked to ALL of my superiors and they seem to be intent on avoiding it... IA is part of the department so when the Sheriff chooses to ignore it so does IA. I fear for my job because once he does this to the wrong person I too will most likely be involved as an accomplise.

The degree to which it happens varies... He has told me his "policy" but I'll make it short... It depends on age, race, gender, and "obvious" sexual perference....

If anyone so much as moves the slightest bit while he is grabbing them (white knuckles) he begins to administor his "punishment"... As I said it varies from the simple knee to the neck, head into the trunk, but recently it has escalated into more "elaborate measures"...

I understand using force when it's necessary but he seems to think it's always necessary.

It's a bit early i know, but i always like to get a jump on the competition. I actually love this resolution, it has a lot of promise for interesting clash. All you LD debaters out there, give me ideas on values and key points, (although of course i have some of my own as well). All you non-debaters, give me your general ideas on the subject. Thanks!

I have been charged with a felony and was offered to take three yrs. I have bad background and this is my third time, so I am about to have a baby but I know someone who has a weapon, drugs and is on the run for yrs. I want to get out of this so bad and have had thoughts of ratting them out so i can go on with my life. Could someone tell me what does the DA do to you when you rat on someone.... relocating, wiring, etc. Do they want you to go to trial or do they take the info and get the guy themselves w/o me having to wire myself. Any help is appreciated.

The U.S. is about to label the Iran Guard as a terrorist organization. I wonder which one of Bush's friends did they upset this time? It's really a joke but it's somewhat scary how some people fall for all this "terrorist" bullshit.

I was informed that I was one of the beneficiaries in a will, however the other beneficiaries have received their share of the estate. Can the executor of the will refuse to give or show a copy of the will to anyone who is not mentioned in the will.

If so would I have send for a copy from Probate Sub-Registry in York, if so do you know how long after the estate has been distributed can a copy be requested.
Thanks
Dan

My husband will be graduating soon from DSS and Im just wondering how I should dress? I would never show up in jeans and I know I dont need a formal dress but how dressed up should I be? I will also be bringing our little girls ages 5 and 1. What should I expect to happen at the graduation...I know it's a smaller group of men and women graduating so it shouldn't take to long but how does the whole thing usually play out?

been reading a book called '50 thing you're not supposed to know' by Russ Kick. i was shocked to discover that police have no obligation to help you out, you have no right to sue the cops for not doing their job even in the following circumstances, which seems pretty incredulous...

- when 911 systems have been shut down for maintenance
- when a known stalker kills someone
- when the police pull over but don't arrest a drunk driver who runs over someone later that night
- when a cop known to be violently unstable shoots a driver he pulled over for an inadequate muffler
- when authorities know in advance of a plan to commit murder but do nothing to stop it
- when parole boards free violent psychotics, including child rapist-murderers
- when felons escape from prison and kill someone
- when houses burn down because the fire department didn't respond promptly
- when children are beaten to death in foster homes
