You know the term "Alien" means first and foremost people who are ALIEN to that country. It meaning ET came into that term in the 1950s or 60s. But it is still adequate to say that ETs are alien to the Earth.
And to answer your question, "No" You would not have to have dual citizenship because you would have the citizenship of whatever country's space station your mother had you in. Nice try.

I think you'd be a member of whatever nation was running the space program - so if you were born on a Russian rocket you'd be Russian.
No idea what you'd be if you were born on the ISS though - maybe you'd simply have the nationality of your parents.
