What does it mean if a private detective tells you that the person you are looking for is “very discreet” and cannot be found through normal channels and eludes surveillance techniques? How can someone sidestep a private detective I don’t understand it?

Hi, I was thinking about Quit Claiming the home I live in to a Trust as a way of preventing my home from being taken from me. I am TOTALLY 100.00% current with my mortgage on my own home. I am running the risk of being foreclosed on some investment properties. I don't want deficiency judgments from my impending foreclosures to lead me out of my home.

I know that usually with a deficiency judgment, all they'll do is attach my home property and I'll have to satisfy that upon the sale or refinance of the property. I don't want that to even happen at all. I want to protect the property I live in and that I am current on.

Also, I have 1 investment property that I'm totally current on, could I Quit Claim that to another Trust? Thanks.

Why would a cop ask for a passengers ID? I got pulled over about an hour ago (it was at like 11:15pm) and the cop asked my friend for their ID. I'm 17 years old, have had my license for almost a year and a half, and I'm pretty sure the oregon law doesnt have any more time restrictions on me, so i'm just curious if anyone knows why the cop asked my friend for their ID...

I am sure there are a lot of people from poor nations that would love to have the opporunity to come here. I don't know if I would be included as I served in Viet Nam for 2 tours, once on the ground, once in the air. I know you're looking for the Gulf soldiers and I would imagine their experiences to be much different than mine.

This might sound like a stupid question but I've always been curious about this. When I say "tax lawyer", I am referring to a lawyer that is also a CPA. It seems like you could really make big bucks being a lawyer and a CPA and I have heard that the hours are not that bad.

Why is it that conservative Fox News and Liberals like Tyra Banks will invite these people on as guests but will not do some real journalism and tell us who is funding them?

I think the American People have a right to know who is funding this homegrown "terrorism".

I left my car to be worked on at the dealership overnight. I dropped it off before closing and the service manager had my car key. I have a Jeep Wrangler with a soft top. Well, the rear passenger side window was unzipped and someone took out my aftermarket radio, Ipod adapter, subs, and amp. The service manager says they are not responsible for my loss and I have to claim it on my insurance. Is this correct? It sure doesn't seem like it should be, there was well over $1000 stolen from me. Shouldn't the dealership take responsibility for this since I left my car in their care?
