I am sure there are a lot of people from poor nations that would love to have the opporunity to come here. I am almost positive that they would not march and stamp their stinking flip flop wearing feet while wearing size 400 moo-moos that barely fit in out streets demanding that we make them citizens with all of the rights that come with the package.

I am American and I want a better life for my family. Unfortunately some of the money I pay in taxes goes to paying for the programs that illegal aliens are benefiting from. Why should your salvation come from my pocket? My first spouse was "brown skinned" and it took me three years and a few thousand dollars to bring her & my 2 children here LEGALLY. While I was going through the hassle I was watching TV and saw Jack Murphy Stadium filled to the brim with illegals being pardoned and granted citizenship. I have my own family to support (I also have an extremely handicapped child and get no aid from the government) I don't need to support any one elses.

Everyone wants a good life for their families. My parents immigrated from Sudan about seventeen years ago. They went to Europe, to the Netherlands and came there legally, they had legal papers and the whole lot that makes their immigration legal.

If people want to have a better life for their families, they don't necessarily have to go to the U.S. or enter a country illegally. If they do enter a country illegally, they are making it harder for themselves.

And not only Mexicans do that, Cubans, Europeans, all kinds of people are becoming illegal in the U.S. because their visa's expire or they got false papers.

No, we want a better life for our own, and overcrowding and ruining the schools and hospitals we have built to take care of our own people is not the way to get it.

No.. but they are the ones who are most likely to use underhand ways to get a better living, wave their native flags in another country and abuse the system because they can.

Certainly there are people who come to the US from around the globe. As for wanting a better life, I'm all for that, but not when you break the law to do so.

Yeah, how did opportunity turn into "our rights"?

Many are not citizens before they have their hand out.

However, I object to your flipflop/moomoo statement. I'll bet your mom is nothing to look at either.
