First ticket - 80 in a 65. not fighting this one...i paid the fine and doing traffic school since i knew i was in the wrong.

two weeks later....

second ticket - 80 in a 65, same section of freeway, same time of day, on the weekend

stretch is 5 miles long. saw the chp in the far right lane. i wasn't speeding and ever since i got the first ticket i've been careful. i followed the flow of traffic (going less than 65)...since the chp was in the far right lane EVERYONE was going slow. set my cruise control to 65 and stayed in the far left lane for about 4 miles. on the ticket the infraction occured within 2 miles of me joining the free way and seeing chp. he wrote the ticket and stated that he was pacing me at 80 - 15 miles OVER my 65? and for less than a mile. i had my speedometer tested with gps that is accurant to less than 3m (9ft) and my odometer was 2.5 mph off. still no where near 80mph.

so i'll be sending in my written declaration contesting the ticket. any advice?

Yet the mainstream media keeps bashing Moore, even though he has factual backup for every statement in his films.

Look at the latest lies from CNN's Dr. Gupta:

If you were convicted of a felony in the US, paid part of the restitution the court ordered you to pay, were put in probation and then you left the country, would you still be allowed back in? Is there any way you can clear this up? Can they catch you right when you arrive at the airport? Keep in mind you're not an american citizen or a legal alien.

Has anyone gone through the Blue to Green process?

What is the process like? If you go to a MOS school, do they have prior service MOS schools?

My boyfriend delivered a pizza the other day to a VERY shady apartment complex here in Ohio.

There were 2 black ladies and 1 black guy.

They tried to pay us with a bad check. The check had no name on it .. it had spots with white out on it ... AND it look liked they've tried to use it about 50 times ... its had eraser marks on it, so bad you could see thru them. Our manager said if they gave us any trouble when we went back to collect the pizzas, to call the cops.
Well, they just gave us the pizzas back, no problems ... but they tried to be real slick and "cool".

BUT my boyfriend said in their living room was BRAND NEW sweeper in a box, brand new purses, brand new EVERYTHING ...

He said it loked like they just went on a crime spree.

I KNOW there has been a lot of theft around here lately.

Do i have enough evidence to make a tip to the cops?

In your opinion, should the Federal government do what the majority of people want, or should they go with their own opinions on an issue? I ask this because I was told by someone that President Bush is as unpopular as he is because he's better at decision making than the rest of us, but we just don't like his decisions. That's the dumbest ideology I've come across, but I thought I would get some other opinions?

What is so horrible about staying in school, following the rules, graduating, going on to college, getting a good job, meeting the right person, falling in love, starting a relationship, getting married in a church, earning a decent living doing something you worked hard to become, buying a home, paying your taxes, and starting a family, and honoring your commitments?

Since when did dropping out of school, doing drugs, having casual sex, never going on to school, having kids out of wedlock with people you barely know, suing for child support, dating other people with kids from other failed relationships, making less than $24,000 a year, racking up $30,000 in credit card debt, and then blaming conservatism and the government for all of life's problems become so popular in this country?

Ironic that the institution of marriage, commitment, and morals are more important these days to gays and lesbians than they are to excuse making liberals!!!

The following was a response to my Yahoo question about Representative Michelle Bachmann. It made me laugh, until I wondered if he was right. What if Keith Ellison is a "muslim terrorist" and a majority of voters in his district (and the state of Minnesota) are "traitors?"

Amazing oddly reasoned Answer:

"You people elect a muslim terrorist to congress and you have the gall to complain about someone else? Are you completly (sic) mental, or just an out right (sic) traitor to the United States? Either way Lets (sic) all hope your lovely state will be the next target to get hit when the cowardly liberals declare surrender and defeat ["declare surrender?"], and Bin Laden takes over the rest of the middle east. Maybe your Mall of America, should be changed to the Taj Mall of Islamaizm (sic)." [editor's note: I believe the reference is to the Taj Mahal. I assume he wants to change the NAME of the Mall of America rather than physically altering it into a caricature of the Taj Mahal
