A Detroit city employee who says she can't work because a co-worker's perfume is too strong is suing the city.

Susan McBride's lawsuit, filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Detroit, says the work environment is in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

"This employee not only wore a strong scent, but also plugged in a scented room deodorizer," the lawsuit states. "Ms. McBride was overcome by the smell almost instantly, causing her to go home sick."

McBride wants a ban on such scents at work — and unspecified damages.

So many people like to use bumper-sticker terms like "Lives for oil" and think that's enough to justify an argument.

Like it or not, at our point in history oil is the lifeblood of not only our country, but the world. Without it we would not be "third-world", but "primitive world." It keeps us alive; it is a factor in our very existence. It might seem easy to say you can't trade a life for a barrel of oil, but without that oil, many more people would not only die, but our country would collapse.

Here is my question we all know Bush and some Republicans were pushing it, but it seems that the media never asked none of the Democrats or their candidates about their stand on this bill. Overpopulation is a serious problem. Millions of children are either abandoned by their parents or confiscated by the state when the parents are determined to be unfit. My question is in two parts:

1) Should there be any limit on the number of children a person can have? Should one couple be allowed to have 20 kids?

2) Should ANYONE be allowed to have kids? Currently ANYONE is allowed to get pregnant and have a child, because it is considered wrong to force a person to be sterilized. BUT it is not considered wrong to wait for the baby to be born and take it away.

So if a woman is a convicted pedophile, homeless crackhead prostitute with no means to support a child, who is a threat to children AND will produce children with health defects due to her drug addiction, she is STILL allowed to have as many babies as she wants. The state will just wait for the baby to be born and confiscate it.

Should reproductive freedom be considered more important than the lives of the children?

Even if immigration stopped today, America will be a brown country in a couple of generations.

White birth rates are much lower and 1/3 of white women already give birth to brown babies. Whites will be a minority regardless of immigration, so stop hyperventilating about it.

Now, the one question that remains is, Will the brown people of the earth do the same thing white people did hundreds of years ago? Will they spread out and conquer lands to resettle their people?

In 60 years, when China will have 1.5 Billion people, who is going to stop them from taking Australia and Canada and resettling their people there just like the Whites once did?

America will not help Australia or Canada, cause America will be brown. Why should we care?

The media and the mindless liberals that believe their every word are having a fit over Bush commuting Libby's sentence for a NON-CRIME and yet they (the liberals) aren't screaming about the ADMITTED theft and DESTRUCTION of CLASSIFIED documents from the National Archives by Clinton servant Sandy Berger ( an honest to goodness crime) and where is the outcry of Congressman Jefferson being caught on tape taking bribes and then being found to have over $90,000 of the bribe in his freezer ?? Then there is the liberal whining about a possible Presidential Pardon for Libby. Let's carefully review the facts as they currently stand. 1. In Bill Clinton's 8 years in office he Pardoned well over 400 people including a man who was wanted for tax evasion (and Clinton is a democrat right?) who fled the country and then renounced his citizenship. This man was pardoned for the simple reason that he BRIBED Bill (contributed to the Clinton Campaign).

Bush has made fewer than 150 pardons.
