Politics goes both ways. Call me cynical, but the whole system is a constant mud-slinging trying to get "dirt" on the opponent, rather than positively promoting one candidates ideas. Welcome to the world of US politics, it's a battlefield where everyone wants to make the other guy look bad and get themselves reelected, no matter how much they have to lie, cheat, or steal. So saying that Conservatives are the only ones who want dirt on an opponent on the front page of a newspaper is a major folly.

This is messed up. I don't think that politicians children should play any part of the news, but the media bias is pathetic, here. You are full of crap if you don't think the Bush twins were on the front page. One of them gets drunk on sixth street in Austin, and it is on every page of every newspaper. Al Gore's son gets arrested for the second time in five years, drunk, smoking pot, and with a car full of illegal prescription drugs, and I didn't even hear about it until Yahoo Answers. I read the paper yesterday, and it wasn't even mentioned. Pathetic.

Well if it had been Bush's daughters out drinking again they'd be plastered all over every newspaper and tabloid in the country. Why does the Gore kid get special treatment by the media? Because the media is controlled by liberals. Thank God for FOX News the only fair and balanced organization out there.

Wow! So you really think if it's a con, it would be buried someplace else? Where have you been? That couldn't be further from the truth, and you know it. :)
Since when are our newspapers considered to be conservative? The fact is that they are not. Blame YOUR media for plastering this stuff all over the front pages.

I would think that Bush's 'wild' daughters, and Cheney's lesbian daughter would have something to say about conservative kids 'not' being targeted by the other side. Hypocrisy? Thy name is politics.

conservatives are desperate to change the subject from the ongoing misdeeds of the bush white house and the oversight obstructing republicans in congress.
they don't care what it is, anything that distracts from the incompetence in the white house is welcome to them.
it's referred to as 'operation look over there!'

You must be on another planet. I still see postings here dogging the Bush's daughters.
This goes both ways.

Oh, honey. Have you just started reading the paper this week?
People, sex sells. And trash sells. And sensation sells.
What does not qualify as news is how some of us feel about the trash being fed to our nation daily, in the name of news.
